Hello Bettina,
I had already done that before emailing you. You can see here.
I can’t understand where the conflict is, or what is causing the problem.
I downgraded to 12.5.1 because of the issues with 12.6.1.
We still have multiple problems in our site that were created due to the upgrade.
We have no child theme, nor any CSS code added. The plugins with 12.6.1 were updated, but threw the whole site out of whack.
We updated and installed all the plugins related to 12.6.1, but when it wrecked our site, I downgraded again and fixed the mistakes caused by the update.
I am willing to give you credentials to login and sort out the problem, otherwise we will be looking for a new theme that doesn’t continuously cause problems for us.
Correction – the internal pages are also out of position and text has appeared on the right side that we didn’t place.
Hello Calin,
In terms of plugins, we have the following running:
Cloudflare
WP Super Cache
EWWW Image Optimizer
SWIS Performance
Auto Optimize
Interestingly, I don’t have the Inline CSS option in my theme panel. Again, we downgraded to 12.5.1 from 12.6 because of the layout and design issue that happened after the upgrade.
In TagDiv Composer, the pages are exactly as we designed them, which is why I am surprised. It’s when the pages are displayed on the live website that there is a problem with the design and content.
Yesterday, we downgraded to 12.5.1 and the live site design returned to normal. All the problems that we were seeing in 12.6 disappeared with the downgrade.
We will stay with the downgraded version until the problem with 12.6 is solved, because this is a live site that we are continually working on to load faster.
No, the issue is still not resolved.
This is what I am seeing – Site Problems
I am particularly amazed that all the content pages are in capital letters (uppercase) now, when they weren’t like this before.
I:
– deactivated all plugins except the TagDiv ones.
– turned off my cache plugin and cleared cache
– cleared cache on my browser
Problem still exists.
Thank you so much!
Got it figured out after watching the video you attached.
Please have a look at the screenshot.
Hello Anamaria,
Am I also able to use the license key on my local installation without affecting my live website?
I ask because I can’t download the pre-built websites locally without the license key.
Thank you.
Regards,
Syed Khalid Muhammad
Hello Bettina,
I followed those steps before posting to the forum for help. When I followed the steps, as given in the instructions, it didn’t pick up the video in the post. It did pick up the featured image from the video.
Hi Calin,
I seem to have been able to remove the logo from the mobile version, but now I can’t seem to get it to come back. It appeared in the proper location for a couple of articles and then was gone again. Here’s what I did. I removed the logo from the theme panel windows and the logo became visible on the mobile version. After a couple of pages, it disappeared again.
Second thing, I tried to active a caching plugin, but was given the error below:
-Error: Configuration file /home3/wahhvg0aeqdc/public html/wp-content/wp-cache-config.php missina. Please reload the page
Warnina! You mav not be allowed to use this plugin on vour site
The file /home3/wahhvg0aeqdc/public html/wp-content/advanced-cache.php was created by another plugin or by your system administrator. If it was created by another caching plugin, please uninstall that plugin first before activating WP Super Cache. If the file is not removed by the action, you should delete the file manually.
Can you delete the file so that I can active WP Super Cache?
I don’t have the TagDiv CSS analyzer. I tried to different methods you gave in your previous reply. Still no joy.
Hi Calin,
First, yes, I have edited responsive version on the mobile header in TagDiv. I tried both the mobile theme and amp previously but no success either.
I did notice that you have a TagDiv CSS analyzer – How can I get a copy of that? I am honestly unable to understand why just the header is creating problems on the mobile pages.
Email has been sent to contact@tagdiv.com. Please check and help.
Thanks.
Hello,
I followed the instructions that you gave below, but the social counter plugin still isn’t working properly.
I was asked to upgrade our support request for another problem to contact@tagdiv.com. Can you have the support team look at this problem as well?
Thanks.
Hello,
I’ve turned off the Mobile Theme and left AMP on. All of my pages are displaying correctly, except for our About page. There seems to be some overlay there that is causing problems.

Please help me understand where this problem is coming from. Otherwise, all of our pages and articles are loading correctly.
Thanks!
Didn’t work. I opened the pages and saved them again, but the pictures didn’t correct themselves.
Thank you for the guidance, but I’m looking to do something more like the carousel tweet feed in the page below:
http://foundry.tommusdemos.wpengine.com/elements/twitter-feeds/
This was our previous theme and we liked this feature, so we were trying to integrate it into Newspaper.
Thank you again 🙂
Ok this worked to fix this problem.
