Hi Simion. So, I installed the Lifestyle demo, but it seems to be slowing my site down or something else is happening because when I try to test web page speed in pingdom or gtmetrix, the request times out, but when I remove the demo (or use another demo like local news) it works.
The theme developers recommend https://studio.envato.com/
1. That’s some good news and I like the direction the Newspaper theme is taking. Can’t wait to see how that major update turns out.
2. I have never seen that demo before. Let me check it out. I was thinking of doing an update and use a minimal design instead. Will try it out. Thanks.
See this guide to install the Newspaper theme properly https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-wordpress/
Just go to Newspaper>Theme Panel>Template Settings and under “force full width” set the Footer option to ‘no stretch’. Hope that helps you out.
Open the page with td composer. Click on the news ticker and you will see something like this on the left http://prntscr.com/j8pytg. Move your cursor to where it reads row>column at the top and click on row. Then scroll down until you see a delete row button with a black background. Save the page (and update it if you opened from the WordPress admin pages section).
Try this code
.td_mod_mega_menu .item-details a:hover,
.td_block_related_posts .entry-title a:hover {
color: #000;
}
You can change the color to any you want (https://htmlcolorcodes.com/).
You can use a plugin like this https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-content-copy-protector/. But it is not recommended to disable right click on a site because it deteriorates user experience and there are better ways to prevent content theft, coz people will still be able to activate right click and copy your content if they have javascript disabled in their browsers.
I am not stupid man. You just said you tried to search those terms you put up there. Here is what they show. http://prntscr.com/j8mwgx. Just be clear with your wording next time (I know English is not easy for everybody).
Do you use the plugin? If not, you can deactivate it. If you use it, delete the one you have and try updating it with the latest version that came with Newspaper 8.7.3. Several people have reported issues with the plugin in the latest update. If it is still causing errors, send an email with your WordPress admin credentials and site link to contact@tagdiv.com for assistance (and paste the link to this post in your email).
They are showing http://prntscr.com/j8mrqc. Clear your browser cache and try again.
The theme has no RTL support at the moment and Arabic is an RTL language.
Upload a background image in Newspaper>Theme>Background>Theme Background and the site will automatically shift to a boxed version.
I also received a similar error recently. Follow this topic https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/crawl-error-newspaper-theme/
Use search words, not URLs. (I don’t work here).
See this tutorial https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-newsletter-plugin/
Those icons are from Jetpack. Go to settings>sharing and remove them from there.
Import the demo you want with content in Newspaper> Install demos. Then edit the page and its blocks with td composer and put your own content. Once done, just delete the demo content (posts, pages, categories and menu content). I am not sure if sidebars will import. If they don’t, you might have to create content for your own sidebars. (I don’t work here).
The second social counter is a widget. Check under Appearance>Customize>newspaper default to edit it or remove it if you want.
Switch from the visual to the text editor and then paste the newsletter code inside the post where you want it to appear and then switch back to the visual editor. Preview the post to see if the newsletter shows up.
You are welcome.

The empty columns do not show on the front end. But, to delete them, open the page with td composer and click on one of the empty columns. On the left, click where it shows ‘row’ at the top left (See http://prntscr.com/j76csf). Then scroll down and select ‘delete row’ http://prntscr.com/j76d2f. Repeat the process for the other empty column and then save the page (and/or update the page if you opened it via the pages section of the WordPress admin dashboard).
