1. Navigate to the “Cloud Template” section under CPT/Taxonomies > Classifieds > Single.
2. Choose the option to “Create a blank Template.”
3. Open this template in the TD Composer editor.
4. Insert the “CPT Content” element onto your page. This will display the advertisement information.
5. It’s essential to set this as the default template for your ads.
6. Test by viewing an advertisement to ensure it displays with the template name you created in TD Composer. If it doesn’t automatically show your template name, manually select it. Remember, it will have the same name as the one you assigned during creation.
7. Lastly, make sure to click on “Global” to apply your template universally across all advertisements. This step is crucial to ensure consistency.

I have been experiencing this for a while I wonder if anyone found a fix or something to check? It did work before and just seems to stop. I have enabled views in the theme settings and as I stated it was working, but on one of the updates seemed to stop.

Although it is essential to first consider the recommended steps provided by the TagDiv support team, my solution might be an additional resource.

I discovered that a modal popup embedded in my footer was the culprit. I suspect that something went awry during a recent upgrade. This embed consisted of custom code, replicated from a text on a composer page. I had a Gravity Forms embedded on this page for a newsletter signup. Initially, I created the modal popup page using the Gravity Form shortcode and copied the composer code. However, it is crucial to note that I copied this code via the “edit” option, not “edit in composer,” into the custom code box for my modal popup in the footer.

For reasons I couldn’t initially understand, this was generating an error: Error at zones: 6(models) : 7(dom). I resolved the issue by manually entering the footer and deleting the text in the custom-code=”” field, then saving the file. This allowed me to access the footer via composer and make the necessary adjustments to the pages.

Interestingly, I pinpointed the error to the footer through a process of elimination. While in composer, I first changed the header to “no header” but still encountered the same error. It was only when I selected “no footer” that the error disappeared. This revelation led me to the conclusion that the error originated in the footer.

I believe the modal pop-up custom code triggered this issue. I’m sharing this experience in the hope that it might streamline the troubleshooting process for others facing similar challenges.

I’m experiencing the problem Error at zones: 6(models) : 7(dom) that I’m convinced began after the most recent update. I use the Newspaper theme on several websites, but this issue has only appeared on one of them. The error is present on every page, and persists even when I create a new page to test it.

I’ve spent considerable time searching for a solution and have tried deactivating and testing each plugin to identify the source of the problem, but to no avail. I have also attempted uninstalling and reinstalling the composer, a step that resolved the issue in the past, but it hasn’t been effective this time.

I reviewed the WP logs and couldn’t find any related entries that could potentially be causing this problem. I distinctly remember editing my site not too long ago without encountering any issues, which leads me to believe that something in the latest Newspaper update might be the culprit.

In my search for a solution, I came across several threads at the end suggesting to contact support with admin credentials, but there hasn’t been any update on that front. You should at least add a dismiss and never show again, it is one thing to show while in the admin area of Tagdiv but throughout the site, bad form guys.

Update: I found that for some reason the Flex Block 1 default settings for the Review and Author settings were “undefined” and when I set them, it didn’t seem to save properly, so I deleted and adding again, and that seems to fix, so maybe when originally created it didn’t save something. Maybe this will be helpful in diagnosing the issue for others.

Thanks for the question and the screenshot, I found that my mobile theme had for some reason, undefined, and just fix it and solved the problem. No idea how that got set, but nonetheless fixed!

Just a note the only solution I have found is to remove anything I want and then right-click and choose Clear to wipe everything.

Posting just in case it helps, I had the same issue, did the delete TD Composer and reinstalled it, no help. I entered WordPress Trouble Shooting mode and I have a bug on my server that disabled all the plugins, so I had to re-enable all plugins. The TD Composer error went away, so I am assuming some plugin needed to be disabled/re-enabled, not sure which, but thought this might help those in a tight spot.

I can try that, but I am using custom mobile page, which as I understand it is separate from the desktop page. I used the Create Mobile Template feature.

We use woocommerce with subscription and membership by skyverge, I would love to be able to use Opt-In Builder if I could have a way to override for those that have Active Subscriptions. Just a note to the developers. I currently wrote my own version of Opt-In Builder that allows readers 3 articles per month and I would rather have something that was better integrated, but excited about this new feature.

Just a note, I tried using the /amp/ slug and ran into the issue with pages not generated properly and then found this, I think you might want to make this more prominent that only the /?amp=1 is an option. Perhaps a little notation on the Mobile Theme settings? Just a thought.

Not sure I understand what you were trying to communicate.
I run Newspaper theme, but I do not have any Woocommerce theme installed, I only use the default pages installed by woocommerce.

I had to go with vexicon solution, though I think this is messy with all the extra calls and look forward to finding a better solution. I think part of the issue is where I am altering the plugins code it runs multiple times and the last Get-ID is always a template, so grabbing URL > ID seems to be the only solution so far.

Commenting part to follow this as I have a similar issue I am working on some custom code Woocommernce Membership plugin and I need to retrieve the Post_ID, but it seems the code pulls the post_id from the actual post then it retrieves the post_id from the template overriding the variable.

Thanks, part of the reason I asked is because I had a full backup of the database, but it was older and I change the WordPress Uploads folder so when I went through the database changing URL from wp-content/uploads to /media I altered the database for Newspaper it that somehow triggers the Newspaper theme to lose all settings. I did not have a simple txt backup so I had to load the database to a dummy site and then export the theme panel settings and import on the live site, and it worked from have Newspaper reset to default to but I lost several months of tweaks I had made.

I am familiar with the tutorial you show, but then if you try to edit that PAGE after setting it with a specific header, with WordPress editor you get all the TD Composer code in the blocks.

Thought I would update this as I tracked down the issue I had with compatibility with Gravity Forms and TD Composer, it was related to a 3rd party plugin by JetSloth “Bulk Actions Pro for Gravity Forms” when I disable this plugin no issues. So something in that plugin is causing the issue.
