Do you have a cloudflare account and the rocket loader plugin loaded? That did cause a similar issue as you have in my case, as soon as I disabled it I could use the wp-editor again.

Then you have to buy 4 more licenses to use the same theme on your other websites.

I had this issue as well, the server didn’t go down but got so slow it became almost unresponsive. Not sure what is causing this.

You probably have “Also aggregate inline JS?”checked which can result in a huge cache size, I use “Autoclear Autoptimize Cache” plugin to keep the cachesize under control: https://nl-be.wordpress.org/plugins/autoclear-autoptimize-cache/

I have updated to the latest newspaper version and have php 7.4 active and no issues so far.

It’s supposed to be fixed as they released a new themeupdate.

Maybe say what you did to solve it so other users who experience the same issue can learn from it?

I had a similar issue, it was caused by cloudflares rocket loader, as soon as I disabled it I was able to edit content in the wp-editor.

I had a similar issue, rocketloader on cloudflare was causing this.

If it’s speedimprovements you are after by deactivating the standard pack then don’t waste your time, it doesn’t speed up anything, I tried with no positive result.

They are working on it to get it fixed, like everyone else here we are waiting.

Actually it is a theme issue, you advertise that you have Instagram integration and you even showcase it in your demo’s but you are smart enough not to have it link to an actual instagram account. New buyers are unaware about this which is false advertising because currently it doesn’t work. Some bigger instagram plugin providers, like Smash Balloon, have already made the change and they are up and running again and they made a clear announcement about the issue and current limitations: https://smashballoon.com/instagram-api-changes-march-2-2020/.

I had a similar issue, in my case it was because I had enabled rocket loader on cloudflare.

I”m using Autoptimize for that purpose but I”m sure there are other plugins that can do the same.

I read that instagram originally had intended to change the API on March 2 but moved it to June 29, it baffles me that the tagdiv developers where not aware about this and that the users had to inform them about it…

I use autoptimize in combination with cache enabler which gave me better results then wp super cache.
