That is the issue. I cannot download the latest package from themeforest since the credentials are gone with the developer who was with us. The developer is non approachable. That is why we have raised the issue – should we buy the theme again? And if yes, can we get at a heavily discounted fee!

i wrongly posted the question in newspaper theme. my website has newsmag theme. my theme has 4.7 version and there is no place where i can see updates flash or icon so that i can update the theme from my dashboard.

The developer had purchased the theme from his account, and had said (in 2016) during that time that the theme will take automatic updates. Alas! He is no more, and we are stuck. Please help.
