I actually am having the same issue. Now I want to be able to see the number of post views in the admin, as to the image Stowoo provided. However, the solution you provided is for the public to see the view count. I do not want the public to see the count, I only want to see the count in the admin. I actually was able to do this, but for some reason, after the recent update, it has not worked.

This is what I am seeing. All that is there is the word Advertisement without an ad. How is this fixed?

If I install the twentysixteen theme, would I loose all of the settings on Newspaper 8.5? My entire site is based on your Newspaper template and obvious something with your template is not working. I truly need to work and need a solution. Thank you for you assistance with this.

What I has hoping is if you notice under the article there is a box that say More from this author and Related Articles that always autopopulates. I was hoping there was a universal plugin that I could do the same concept on the side.

But it is the only cache I have activated. In addition, I deactived one at a time EVERY plug in I have and I am still having the same issue. I really need this random rotation to work, I have done all of the suggestions and it is still not working. Please advise.

Thank you for the quick replay, however mobile is still not showing the correct site. On the mobile version, you will see an image of a child with glasses at a desk with a title “Better Grades”. This image was deleted and is not present on the desktop version. In addition, the desktop has a live Twitter feed which is not displayed on the mobile – when it should be. Also, you will notice the footer is different.

I actually have the same question. I have followed your suggestion however it is not working. If you go to http://mainstrock.com/7-things-successful-young-adults-do-every-day/ you will notice the category is “Career”. However, the articles appearing in the side module are main Faith Articles. How do I make it so the regardless what article page I am on, I will always see the latest article in the category of that articles on the side? Another thing that is strange is the on the link provided, the article of the page it is on also appears on the side. If they are already on that article, why would it appear in the list of articles? So this means this is the plugin you recommend to solve the issue of removing categories from appearing on social media shares. I mentioned that I installed your recommended plugin, however I still see the categories appearing on social media shares. Since this is the plugin you recommend for the theme, can you please simply show me where I have the option for categories to display, or not to display, on social media shares within this plugin you have tested and approve of? Nothing in any of the links provided explains how to do this. It is really a simple question I am asking.

After reading your reply, I decided against redirection and left the login as is. However I am noticing something strange. First, if you could please go to MainStRock.com, and on the main menu click My Profile (please ensure you are not logged in). This menu item is supposed to bring you to the My Profile Page which offers front end edits to submitted posts for the user. Instead of the login box appearing it takes you to the WP login. Worse, after you login, it does not take you to the page the “My Profile” menu item is supposed to take you to, instead it takes you to the WP backend. How do I fix this?
