Hello – I hope you all enjoyed your holidays.
Just wondering if this issue has been resolved.
Thanks!
I completely understand.
With the Mailster plugin… Is that an issue that your team is able to resolve, or is that an issue I should bring up with Mailster?
Thanks.
A couple more things…
1 – Any chance you have plans to add Mailster support to your Newsletter sign up form?
2 – Mailer Lite – I’m trying to test your Newsletter sing up plugin. What embed settings should be used?
JavaScript or HTML code

I can’t get either to work.
Thanks.
I will once I’m able to make it live. Thanks.
I understand. Just a suggestion. Thank you.
Hi Catalin,
I appreciate the response.
I do believe for the user experience that it should be reconsidered (if its a Newspaper design decision) unless it is hardcoded in as part of the WordPress framework.
Thanks
Thank you
Hi Simion,
For some reason, my install isn’t inheriting theme settings. Thanks for the confirmation on your end. And thanks for the information about the cloud library plugin.
I appreciate the response. I feel it’s something worth considering. Thanks.
Hi Catalin,
That is the category template I’m using. I’m just surprised that the category tag colors don’t work on the archive pages.
Thanks
Hi,
I also noticed that the hover styles do not work on Safari.
Thanks!
Whats confusing is that if you are on a post page the word Blog isn’t present in the breadcrumb. The only time the word Blog is present in the breadcrumb is if you are on the Blog Page, which is obvious at that point. And it’s actually the only page that shows up in the breadcrumbs (other than home) which is also strange.
Ok, it’s confusing as a user navigating a site. That behavior honestly doesn’t make sense. It’s simply unusual with no benefit.
Hey Catalin,
I’m not referring to the single post page, I’m referring to the tags on the archive pages. It would make senses that those take on the colors that are selected on this page:https://www.screencast.com/t/akAHYL4Irk
Great Thanks.
Not a problem. You have a great theme with amazing support. I try to take the time to submit “bugs” to help improve Newspaper.
As far as the hover state on buttons, I’m referring to sitewide. For example the 404 page (off the top of my head), that needs custom CSS.
Works perfectly. Thank you!
I see now, thanks. I guess I was looking for “Tag:” with the semicolon. It would be nice to have that included in the translation.
Thanks!
I should note that I’ve tested this on several test installs and it never changes the border radius of any button. Definitely not the header buttons.
I think the issue is that it’s trying to reference the font CSS in the Child Theme.
I get an error in the console.
GET http://theme.test/wp-content/themes/Newspaper-child/font-newspaper.css 404 (Not Found)
I’m running 8.8.2.

Might want to change the verbiage since its no longer a plugin.

It doesn’t change the description font on my install. I’m running 8.8.2.
Thanks.
It works with multi purpose but not without. I no longer need a fix for this but Its worth noting the issue.
Thanks.
