My website is not showing any of the pictures regarding posts:
aculco.co.uk
Hi Calin,
Thank you for getting back to me. In response to your post:
I have met the requirements.
I don’t have the Apache activated on my server, so it does not appear under the php.ini on ‘System Status’
With regards to Sonria Dental, you are not addressing the issue I raised. I will explain:
Firstly, the size of the image should not matter as you can scale the size you want to show it at. The image is not that big either.
But, I am not concerned about the sizing of it. This is an easy fix.
MY CONCERN
***********
My concern is the padding around the images I upload!
Let’s Take Sonria Dental: The space between the top of the image and the Block above it is almost the same dimension of the height of the image itself! It’s massive, both above the image and below the image! In TagDiv composer, simply hover over the Sonria Dental image and you can see the padding of the space above and below the image that I can’t take away!
I tried to change this with the padding and margin settings in Css, but to no avail. The space is nothing to do with the image, so it has nothing to do with the size of the image.
OTHER PROBLEM
*************
Can you also explain to me how I delete an empty column? I have many empty columns on the page, none of which I can delete because I can not see an option to do it.
Thanks.
Another add, the page does save the padding settings, but the passing does almost nothing! Please help.
Just to add, The composer you guys have needs to improve…a lot. The padding is comical! The website is https://www.aculco.co.uk. Look at the first advert, Sonria Dental’. The spaces above and below are as big as the advert itself!
Then, I try and reduce them only to be told that ‘Invalid Page Template’.
Baztiano I have just fixed it.
Try deactivating WP Bakery, then delete it and its files. The go to the Newspaper tab on your dashbourd>plugns and install and activate visual composer.
It worked for me, hopefully you’ll have the same luck.
Cybi,
You seem to be stepping on my post with your own issue. Please create your own topic. I need my issue fixing as soon as possible and they may look at yours and get confused. TAG DIVE, I am creating a new topic. CYBI please don’t step on my topic and create your own. Thank you.
Thanks Andrei!
Is there any way to incorporate the VC element in to the header?
The reason I ask is because the VC element has option such as: call to action, buttons, custom html, js…..
That would make life a lot simpler! I would just add the element in the header, input the code and et voila!
How would I do that if it is not a standard feature?
Thanks!
I’m still having the same problems. I deleted the cache: http://www.screencast.com/t/s06RSiwF
(I went in to WP Supercache, and deleted the cache there).
I changed the code located here: http://www.screencast.com/t/Y6RgJucE5xQ
Changed the code as instructed: http://www.screencast.com/t/r5dycxWDH3ND
But I still keep getting this: http://www.screencast.com/t/FemveO01dh
Inspecting the code: http://www.screencast.com/t/8btHWF3HEe0
I am sure I am doing something wrong!
I also appreciate your help and patience.
The language did change in the end when I changed the overall language settings. Thanks for that.
Thanks.
Thanks for the reply Andrei.
It did not work, I’m not sure why. Looking at the new Comments.php file, it shows the changes made. But it still redirects the user to http://www.aculco.co.uk/wp-admin.
Any Help?
Also, My website is in Spanish, but certain bits are still in English.
Here are the areas that are still in English:
1. The Top Header date
2. The date that appears next to author on articles.
3. The commentary area: Everything is in Spanish except “You must be logged in to post a comment.”
4. If I was to create a drop down box on the widget area (for example archives), It states “Select a month” in English.
How do I change these areas?
Thanks!
If I understand your question properly:
1.Go to your posts page in your WordPress backend, and edit your post that shows up on every category.
2. On the right hand side of the post editor page, you should see a a box titled ‘Categories’.
3. Now, tick the category or categories you want the post to show up in and then click Publish.
Your site should now only show the post in the category you selected.
I hope I understood your question correctly.
Thanks Bogdan!
I understand. On your showcase, one of the websites has just what I need. The website is: http://aquaticmag.com/ and when you log in, it takes you to the member area, where you can edit your profile etc.
Also, the registration form is more detailed. How can I get that?
Do you know if they are using your plugins and theme only or if they are using external plug ins?
Do you recommend any that work with your theme?
Thanks again!
