I fixed the issue by going to wp-admin/nav-menus.php?action=locations
Make sure you assign the Header Menu Mobile (main)
Footer Menu Mobile
Thanks
John
I also upgraded to Version 7.1 today and still the same issues as above.
I upgraded to Version 7.0 yesterday and the mobile menu drops down to show only the following:
1. Social Media Links
2. Sign in | Join
3. Click here – to use the wp menu builder
What happened to the site’s menu?
Correct, simply uninstall the old plugin and upload/install the new social counter. It works for me.
Hi,
FRIENDLY REMINDER: Please note this needs to be in your next update.
Thanks

Hello all,
Just to confirm, this is working on Newspaper V 6.6.4 also. I just added the code.
Hopefully, it doesn’t get override when a newer version is installed? Will it?
Thanks
JR
I’ve contacted TF and this is an answer I got:
This option will be available prior to your current support running out.
You will be notified via email of this and we are working very hard to roll this option out.
Thanks for your patience.
I’ve informed them that my support is up this month and I hope to get a resolution asap.
Keeping my fingers crossed.
Hi Bogdan,
Thanks. I’ve contacted them. I do like your theme, so perhaps there’s a trade off 🙂
Thanks
John
Hi Chris,

Hi all,
In my original post here, I wanted to see the predefined layouts as I’m a more “visual” person. I like to see the designs before starting to add content.
I don’t see the predefined layouts. How do I get those to show up as shown below?

Thanks,
John
Thanks Lucian. Sorry about that.
Hi Lucian
I do apologize, I didn’t notice the banner as instinctively, I ignore banners 🙁
Thanks so much for the help, I do see it now. Thanks so much!
I wouldn’t double post any longer.
Regards,
John
Hello Chris
I’m actually referring to the following, more detailed here:
1. https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/formats-dropdown-box-missing/
This surely is not shaping out to be good! For a paid product, you would expect some kind of SUPPORT here folks!
Help please as I want to get my site launched.
Hello Bogdan
I don’t want to double post, but I have to get an answer to this.
I recently installed the latest build from you all and a did a fresh new install of Welcome to Newspaper V 6.6.3.
In the Visual Composer, I do not see this area specified in the red rectangular box:

How can I get this to show up as shown in the YouTube video you suggested above?
Hey Chris
No, I have not. I’m new to WP, how do I do that?
Happy New Year! 🙂
