Thanks.. Yes it’s as I assumed then. It makes the mobile theme of very limited use then. Thanks for the quick feeedback!
Thanks Vlad!
Ok, so it’s done for the entire theme.
And to change order of listed posts on the mobile theme? I don’t see much options for the mobile theme.
Yes.. I guess some cache fooled me.. thanks again 🙂
Hi Simon, thank you for a very well explained feedback!
I did change the style.css in two location to set the color “correct” to avoid this shift from blue to red. But I still get it. I cleared cache etc.
Can you take a second look please.

Hello Again Bogodan, I’ fixed it now.. just an error in .htaccess from debugging an error related to debugging an issue related to your new editor. Please check on my site again.
I don’t think the low load speed is the problem here. From what I
understand it’s some “old” css “leftover” from when I stated with a demo
as a template. But I’m sure you can tell me after taking a look.
hi.. plase try again.
Hi.. Bogodan… in my original post please replace the REPLACE with a . and you will arrive at my site.. www is not needed. Red please.

I tried disabling every single plugin on a site except TD AMP and TD composer and I STILL can’t load the WP Editor 🙁
Did you find a fix for this?
I have the same problem after creating a new frontpage with Tagdiv Composer to replace old made with VC we’re unable to fix the last issue as the “WP Editor” that opens with the “Text with title” item just loads forever. I tried to update the composer from 2.0 to 2.1 ans I still have the same problem.
Thanks again, problem solved!
Thank you Bogodan, I removed the social/weather and fixed the rest with the CSS. I see that this secondary menu don’t show on mobile. We do not use the seperate mobile theme. How do we display the secondary menu on mobile using the standard theme on mobile too?
Hi Bogodan, my problem is related to the “spacing” around the text.. You see there if I run a menu over two lines.. that there is a HUGE amount of space there that is not nececary. That space is what I assume we can reduce in CSS?? The weather I think we can remove via theme panel.. so I don’t worry about that.
Hello Bogdan, I provided a screenshot there.. you can see it? You also see the domain of the site there on the screenshot. Thank you.
Hi Chris, thanks for the tip. But I think that your methods would cause problems as the theme is updated. We’d loose the custom stuff.. So I try to do things in according with “best practices” of the theme )) Or use a standard plugin that don’t break the theme in any way.
Thanks again!
Problem solved 🙂
Thanks Bogodan, yes your theme works fine with phpbb and the provided code solved the problem with the description of the forum.
Last problem is that the “Started by: user” is way to large. I’ve tried to set it
I’m trying to set it using this css but the size won’t change.. could it inherit the size from somewhere else? How can I fix it?
.bbp-topic-started-by{
font-size: 8px;
font-weight:400;
}
.bbp-author-name{
font-size: 8px;
font-weight:400;
}

Hi Catalin,
Problem is still here: Theme version is 7.7, Visual Composer is 5.0.1 (from latest theme package). Problem is the same with plugins disabled and system configuration is OK according to: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
One one of my other sites where I do not have this problem, theme version is 7.6.1 and Visual composer is Version 4.12.1.
They are hosted on the same server.
Any ideas?

Hi, well zooming is not an option … it was just to illustrate what I wanted to achieve. But then the answer is that this cannot done and messing with it in CSS/HTML will “break” the theme?
K
Thanks Catalin, thanks for the tip. Now that gave me 100% transparancy, that was too much. But I found a good solution. I’ll share it as it might be usefull for others.
.td-main-content-wrap, .td-category-grid {
background-color: rgba(256,256,256,0.9);
}
Hi Catalin, sure:
First screenshot is 1024 display width.. browser at 100% zoom.
Second screenshot is same display width, browser at 67% zoom.
Ofcorse I cant design the page for users to zoom out. But if I could set the width of the main window (white area with content) more narrow so that the background image display at lower display width it would be nice.

1) If you look at what I wrote earlier in this post.. ” Think we have six licences for the moment.”<—- So that’s six different websites.. so.. what you saw is another site actually. It’s not related to https.. have same problem on http and https sites.
2) If you look at what I wrote easrlier in this post “checked for issues with popup blocker… etc” <—- so the URL you point to is irrelevant as I’m sure you understand now.. there is nothing blocking scripts.
I can add that there are no errors in error log either..
No need to waste more time here. I’ll use the input I got from another non tag-div user.. (Chris S) as it’s the only helpfull input I got there… This is getting absurdly stupid. You basically told me to go f. myself but not in those words (I could stop using the theme..) If that’s not an unprofessional answer I don’t know what is. I wrote “You have great theme and usually excellent support. But your final answer was really unprofessional and disappointing. ” now you are twisting it into something else.. and we are both wasting our time so no need to continue this thread unless you put me in contact with your support manager.. we are both wasting our time.
Thank you.

A proper “system requirements” would be what could have done the job. As I said.. ONLY WP-plugin/theme related support ask for “keys to the whole villa” when you ask for support. There are no real reasons why this is needed unless it’s because you assume you are dealing with a totally newb user. No professionals or corporate users give away credencials to entire systems.. it’s just not done.
And there are no info you will get from logging into the users system that user/me cannot provide you. So this appear to be a matter of principle now for you. That’s not very professional of you.
You have great theme and usually excellent support. But your final answer was really unprofessional and disappointing. And look, a non tagdiv employeed user provided now provided me with a relevant feedback that I can use to investigate! All you did was waste my time with pointless silly request for system access.
Yes.. I did notice other posts where you wrote that.. if you noticed my comment I from that suspect it’s your server that might have some problem from time to time. As nothing just starts working all by itself like magic.. correct?
Did I say I expected you to fix anything ? I only expect pointers, input, .. look at this that… check config X setting Y… etc. And anything you could see logging into the site I could provide as info if you just bothered to ask.. this really bad way of “helping” users ONLY appear in the wordpress community. Really bad way.. not only is it a stupid idea giving away the “keys to the house” sending them miles across the internet. By fixing things for your clients they don’t learn how to fix it themself.
I have the same problem on TWO completely different servers… on clean wp install and various enviroments.. used different clients… checked for issues with popup blocker +++ well I’ll translate manually and NOT share with you the new translations.
Thanks for “all the help”.
Thanks Bogodan, I’ll give it a try. But prefer solutions that won’t get overwritten with theme updates so migth try to put this in a child theme.. that would be the right way?
It’s really a bad culture around this in the WP community.. to get some support / info where documentation is missing you are expected to hand out the “keys to the castle”. I can understand why you would wish for that when you deal with lesser technical wp users that we have plenty of. But I also hope you could see that this is a problem for professionals and commercial users to simply hand out admin user access. Its forbidden by company policy and it’s against any way of doing business. I’m a IT professional of 20 years in the business.. ONLY in the wp community do we get such requests we never have it from any other software or hardware supplier when there is a problem.
So please ask me for whatever info about our system you think might be relevant for this problem and we’ll happily provide it. Or run any test or whatever you think is needed. I have bee using your theme on various installations over a couple of years now. Think we have six licences for the moment. Loading translations only worked ONE time for us.
Thanks for understanding
