I’m having a similar issue as the OP. I’m getting this error:

Warning: getimagesize(https://staging1.nonstopdestination.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/nsd_white.png): failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found in /home/nonstopd/staging/1/wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/header/tdb_header_logo.php on line 639

I disabled all plugins except for Tagdiv composer and library, and I’m still getting this error.

I contacted my host to make sure all settings are correct as per Tagdiv’s requirements, and they are.

I always get the error when I add my logo to the header. When I remove the logo, the error is gone.

One issue I wasn’t able to solve is the max_input_vars. Three different support people from my host have changed the number from 1000 to 30000, and they all confirmed it has changed, but the system status is still showing 1000. My host has no idea why it’s showing the wrong number.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the reply!

Those two lines don’t show up in the source code. (only: itemprop=”name” content=”Non Stop Destination” which is my site name).
I also haven’t removed my author box on the site, since I’d like to keep it there.
I purged the caching plugin, but not the CDN, so maybe that’s why it didn’t work?

I just checked Pinterest again, and some of my pins are now showing the title again. Instead of half of the pins showing my name, it’s now around 1/3rd.

I followed all your steps, but my Rich Pin titles still show my name instead of the title 🙁

My rich pins were working fine until a few days ago, when my name started to appear as the title on half of my rich pins.

It’s a shame that the developers won’t be looking into this, because I’ve come across other people having the same problem, and since Pinterest is a huge traffic source for many bloggers, this will have a huge impact on visitor numbers (I already saw a decrease in visitors).

Is there a way to import the free templates? At the moment, it will only let me install a local zip file that is nowhere to be found. So I’m guessing we also can’t install the free templates?

I had to remove the colour for the background to make the site go back to full width.

Thank you for letting us know. I was looking for exactly this solution! I had removed all background images throughout the site, and my site was still in block mode. I had no idea I had to remove the background colour as well.

For the parallax problem, it looks like it’s the Tekanewa visual composer extension that is breaking the parallax. http://tekanewascripts.info/composer/ which I’m using on these pages.

As soon as I put one component of this extension on a page with parallax, it breaks.

Hi Lucian, thank you for the css code, it works perfectly. I also installed the plugin to regenerate the thumbnails and it seems to work, so thank you for the suggestion!
