This looks like it’s a common issue with lots of other users. I just did a simple search and many different topics popped up with June 2016 dates. If someone could please figure out what is going on it would be greatly appreciated.

Nope… Deleted old plugin folder and reinstalled the latest version and it’s still showing 0 for Facebook. Twitter and Instagram working correctly.

Thank you the caching of the old css file is now cleared and working fine. I was having issues with my instagram account not showing the right followers so I did update the social counter plugin when I updated to the latest theme. That fixed the Instagram counter but then my Facebook likes were 0. I will delete it and try again and see what happen. I will reply to this post with the results.

Looks the same even if I delete all my custom CSS in my theme panel. Everything functioned perfect before the update.

@Ferenan,

Did you find a solution to this? Tagdiv support has never been able to help me with any of my support question so I shouldn’t be suprised that this one is no different!

In the Newspaper forum they said this was an issue with the plugin. Any idea on an eta for the fix?

Hi @Andrei,

I am not sure where you are seeing this security check because when I check my Facebook page. Logged in or not or on my mobile devise I don’t see any security check. Is there a chance that because you are logged into so many different accounts that Facebook is making you do the security check? That might be a stupid question on my part but I just don’t seem to see any issue on my end and I have tried everything.

Same here! I have tried deleting plugin and manual reinstalling and even deleting my cache plugin and reinstalling. Tried adding envato as FB id and still reading 0.

Okay I figured out most of what I wanted to do but when I try to change the background for the mega_menu it changes the background for the dropdown menu under recipes. If there anyway to change the mega_menu menu background without changing the recipes dropdown menu background>?
