Hello!
Where should I put this code? In the CSS window it didn’t work for me.
Hello, Bettina!
Some do, but others were created from zeros. And the ones I took from Cloud Templates already had high customization.
If there is no way to recover them, how do I remove them from Post Settings and Theme Panel?
Thanks!
Hi, Bettina!
Calin checked the site and fixed the problem very easily.
I’m taking the liberty of sharing his post, because I think it could save others the hours I spent doing a thousand things that didn’t work:
It seems that this problem appears on Newspaper v12.3, I set it for the moment the Newspaper v12.2 and everything is ok.
It will be ok if you can set a staging where we can make further investigation, so the main site will not be affected.
Thanks!

Hi, Bettina!
Thanks for your answer.
We corrected almost all the errors, but these were very old and had not affected the design.
We have continued to do a lot of testing, what is happening the most is that the site loads fine for a fraction of a second, and then many blocks go to the left.
I have re-purged the cache, enabled/disabled caching tools, and even removed custom body class td-tech, to see if this helped.
Nothing changes.
What could be the next step, could someone from tagDiv log into the site (I might be able to fix it in a few minutes).
Thanks a lot!
Hi, Bettina!
Thanks for your answer.
But everything you suggested -and much more- I already did:
– Disabled all plugins except tagDiv plugins.
– Deactivated and uninstall tagDiv plugins.
– Deleted the cache, and also ‘turn off’ the caching tools.
– Restored the database to a time when the site was working perfectly.
The site has worked perfectly since 2020, and in the last few days no changes were made to either tagDiv Composer, or the plugins, nor do we have anything like the interfering factors you mentioned.
Here, you can see how the site looked like before the failures (this is a staging copy):

You told me there are a lot of errors in the console, how can I access this list of errors, what else can I do?
Thanks!
Thank you, Anamaria! 😉
Hello!
I need to migrate my website to another hosting, and this one occupies 30 GB. I want to optimize it and among the things I want to fix are the thumbnails of many unused sizes.
Do I have a way (automated) to know which sizes the site is using?
(I saw this thread, https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/theme-creates-25-cropsimage-and-not-all-are-necessary-which-can-be-removed/, and it confirms everything I had seen before, but I don’t have an inventory of which blocks or modules the site is using).
Thank you very much!

Hello, Anamaria!
Thank you very much for your answer.
Sure, the image she didn’t load had a tilde on a vowel!
I wasted a lot of time trying to find out the cause!
I suggest that the posting guides point out that accents should not be used (especially considering that many TagDiv users are non-English speakers).
Thanks again! 😉
Hi, Bettina!
We have the same problem with our website. I renewed the tech support for 6 months. I will do our info via mail. 😉
Thank you, Vlad! I will send the email. 😉
Not solved, my mistake.
URL:
https://impactotic.co/chipset (with the correct footer)
https://impactotic.co (with the Global Template footer)
https://impactotic.co/quiere-medir-el-desempeno-de-su-smartphone-le-recomendamos-estas-pruebas/ (page with the Global Template footer, but from a Cloud Template with the other footer)
(I sent my WordPress credentials via email, but I didn’t receive an answer).
Thanks, Vlad!

Solved. Thanks!
Thank you, Mark!
Finally I could! But is there a usability error, no?
Thank you, Vlad!
It’s bad, but I prefer to take your words, “at the moment”. 😉
Thank you, Calin! It works!

Please help. We were unable to launch a microsite because of this footer.
Thank you, Calin!
About the service, I think that we don’t need the page speed service exactly… More than optimization, we need to fix errors.
For example: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/footer-wont-change-on-a-page-template/ 🙁
Thanks!
Hi!
I keep trying, but I can’t get it… The Global Template footer is persistent …
Can you help me?
Hi, Vlad!
I understand the basics of smart lists.
But, as Lucas, I want to have a ‘slider’ smart list made with Cloud Templates.
When I select the s4 and sm5 options, the appearance of the lists is similar to the Default Post Templates smart lists, but to go from one item to another, clicking in ‘netx’ reload the page. This is not functional for users …
Can you do something that combines the functionality of the Standard Pack smart lists with a design made with Cloud Templates?
Or is that in the plans for a next version of Newspaper?
Thank you!

Thanks, Calin!
We have made those and more changes according to the tagDiv guides. Some things have improved, but we continue to have problems.
I would like to know if I can order an optimization service plus technical review of the site and the server (I saw these services, but none is exactly that: https://tagdiv.com/services/custom-services-wordpress-setup-plugin-installation/).
Thank you very much, Marc!
I hadn’t thought about that possibility … But I checked on the panel and everything is disabled …
I guess the same thing happened to me:

Hi, Vlad!
Thanks for your answer.
This is what I have tried many times…
Here, 2 examples:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/yofdcpyb0zlyvdv/Background%20color.png?dl=0
https://www.dropbox.com/s/fsejooi467kiite/Background%20image.png?dl=0
@marcnyc suggest me to look at the theme panel (https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-to-make-content-zone-background-transparent/#post-348203), but there are nothing there (the background of the main website is white, the default).
Hello! I also need to change the background of a template, but nothing happens when selecting Zone – CSS – background color
Thanks in advance, Vlad.
I guess Zone is selected and there, in CSS, the background color is selected.
But it doesn’t work for me after several attempts…
