Erm true but the thing is, most people will get tired of it and at the end they will deactivate it π I have tracked most of my visitors and as my site, is a tech site, most of the visitors are geek. So everyday, 4k visitors use AdBlock out of 6k visitors (total visitors). π
That’s why I developed it π And shared it with the tagDiv community as I think some folks would try it out.
Thanks for the comments, though π
Clearing cache helped? o.O
So I just installed 4.5 (overwrite method). But the CSS were missing for fonts and header/other sections. The site looked messed up. Fortunately, I had backup π
Lucian, is it because of overwriting?
Thanks, it worked π
Hi Lucian,
Please take a look: http://screencast.com/t/xPV8ZPlrg
The main header shows up and the menu items that should’ve been on the left side are on the default side (left).
I think its related to the @media query. Please take a look.
Thanks!
Hi Lucian,
Today I got a new monitor (23inch) and it looks like the menu is messed up. Can you please take a look?
Thanks!
Erm how did you customize your widget titles?
Mail: contact@tagdiv.com
Sorry. that was a wrong url..here is the correct one: http://dip223.com/shareit/
Hi guys π
I have submitted the plugin to CodeCanyon. I am not sure how long it is going to take for them to review it but I will keep you updated.
Also, how much shall it cost — I am not sure at all π
BTW, I have changed several things and the new version is live here.
What do you think? Suggestions?
Thanks!
Hi Lucian,
Finally we got it to work! I found out that it was my fault (sorry!). If someone else came over this,
1. Follow Lucian’s steps.
2. add this:
.menu-item-5290 {
display: none;
}
.td-affix .menu-item-5290 {
display: block;
}
Replace 5290 with your menu item.
Thanks again!
Erm sorry, I should’ve let you know. YES! It worked π Thanks!
On header style 8, it doesn’t shows on the menu (floats on the right hand). It is clearly a bug and you need to fix it! You can’t just leave a simple bug as it is! Please provide a perfect solution for it!
P.S: I can clearly see that its the default header style and NOT the header style 8!
This is ridiculous. I completely stated that I want it to be displayed on DESKTOP SMART SNAP MENU (NOT THE TABLET VERSION!).
Again, this feature was on V4.3 but it is not on V4.4 for some reason!! It’s been 6 days now. Please find a proper fix for this or give me Version 4.3 until this is fixed π
Here ya go: http://gdgtarena.com
@TheMediumUTM Doing that will I hide it. But I want to display it but just cut of the side part that is more than the main content’s width.
I know it is a bit confusing π
It’s not a bug. There isn’t any “share count” (or numbers ;)) on the buttons.
@Lucian: That’s the problem! I have already uploaded a mobile logo but it isn’t still showing the mobile logo on the smart snap menu. Please take a look at it perfectly. There might a bug
It bends π
Lucian?
Thanks for the CSS π I haven’t got enough time last week to submit the plugin to CodeCanyon. Hopefully, I will release it this week.
Thanks for the support though π
This happens because there might be an error on any code or plugin.
@JBH – delete all the files from the theme and re-upload it again. It worked for me. π
Hi Lucian,
On V3.3, the theme displayed the Mobile Logo but on V4.4, it isn’t showing it?! Can you please tell me how can I show it on there?
It isn’t a big thing to do that I need to hire a freelancer. After all, you guys has promised “lifetime support” on the theme and I have received good support from tagDiv (especially you).
Please help!
Ok. So I have deleted my theme and installed the brand-new and un-customized version of Newspaper. But I couldn’t get the Show Author under Posts feature to work. How can I use this <?php echo get_the_author();?> to show author name?
Thanks!
