Please review the following warnings found in Ninja Scanner plugin – File version change (about the same time I stared having the bad issues with site not loading from google search if I turn off litespeed “Guest Mode”

Note. Before blaming or ponting this to virus just because I mentioned a virus scanner. Wordfence, Malcare, Ninja scanner, and cpanel mod sec and cpanel virus scans all show clean. No malware or infections

As mentioned. If I turn off “Guest Mode” in litespeed or use another plugin. When clicking on my site from google.com search the site comes out broken.

Now. With guest mode turned on. And I add the following to css excludes in litepseed. The site will again be broken when clicking on it from google search (the front page and other pages such as posts)

(tried removing these to see if would fix the menu issues with the drop down arrows not working and now also seeing issues with the left hand sidebar not being responsive when clicking into artciles from google search (from time time and only on some articles)

The same will also happen to cloudflare disabled and also with cloudflare turned on but told not no minify anything (proving again its the theme and not CDN) or plugins casuing the issue

I NEED TO UN-DONE THE / REMOVE THE GENERATED CSS AS A TROUBSHOOTING STEP SEEING THIS IS SOMEHTING THAT WAS NOT EVEN THOUGHT OF OR MENTIONED BY THIS SUPPORT STAFF.

MY HOSTING COMPANY WHO ARE VERY GOOD TO ME LOOKED AT THIS. (NOT EVEN THERE JOB) AND THEY SAID IS WAS CSS REFRESH OR SOMETHING AND I SHOULD CONTACT THE THEME DEVELOPER FOR FIXING THIS.

NOW, THE CSS SECTION FOR GENERATING THE CSS IS BROKEN I FOUND. I CANNOT REMOVE GENERATED

I have done all of this

Now, If I turn of “Guest Mode” in litespeed plugin. or try to move to different cache plugin. My website is screwed.

If you click on it from a google search. It will come out all broken

I know that you were going to give the answer you gave, And once again provide ZERO help and just say do something with google.

The tagdiv css analyser also wont work! It does nothing when clicking on it.

Dont worry about it. Close this ticket. I has to finish this today and you take too long to answer. Had to use the same header templates (that I did not want to use)

Now so close to finishing from hours or planning and work doing a full site rebuild. And can’t finsih it to go live and serve my PR clients again because of the stupid heading!

As you can tell. I am really upset now.

I enail support, takes DAYS for anyone to come back

I have also found

When I turn on Google Fonts and have APO turned on I can get the menu fonts to change just fine. Howhver,the menu fonts wont actually change in the (front page only) when I turn o APO. With APO turned off and google fonts turned on. the fonts in the front menu and all other pages in the menu show just fine. But. As soon as I turn ON APO. The google fonts for thr front page menu ONLY wont show But shows fine on all other pages.

Something wrong with this front page header section I tink when it comes to caching. But all other pages will work just fine

Okay so I solved the problem.

However, as per my last log. I found that menus will all change to the correct font. Except for the from page……I wont display the Google fonts in the front page menu omly. And when I turn on cloudflare APO once more the drop down menu items dont work and cannot be clicked

This is a very hard request to deal with simply because of the time it takes support to look at come back to me. I can’t just turn on APO, have my menu not working for my visitors for hours on end while waiting for someone to have a look and get back to me.

How can this be timed?

My licesning is showing as registed just fine. This is something I checked before messaging.

Strange thing. It only happens to the front page. When clicking into an article. The drop down menu items will work okay.

I am thinking your theme is no good with memcached servers

I also think I am having FOUC issue (Flash of unstyled content)

When you load my site from freash cache browser. Menu items start as squares. But when site is cached in broswer. You dont see it.

How did I discover this problem?

Ummm. Yeah. by simply showing you it’s broken.

As mentioned. I have tired everything caching, and totally disabling caching. Sane problems.

Theme is broken

How long will it take me this time to get support from the email. On average its been taking 3 to 5 days for someone to actually come back.

Also this happening and cannot fix it.

If user comes to the page for the first time (with no cache in thier browners) they cant click on my menu drop down arrow items. They have to go into an article first and then come back to front page, Only then once the front page is in thier broswer cache will the menu items work.

I havw been asking about this issue for months. No one here helps

All these problems are happening also with cloudfalre PAUSED. So please. Stop saying issue is cloudflare. The fact it is paused, the fact I have tried many caching plugins and soltions all say ” THEME ISSUE” Also even happens when I run the site on totally different server.

Theme issue. Ongoing, Many months.

Please finally have some solutons for me

You watch, visit my site with browser cache. You cannot click the front page menu. But once site is cached by going to another page. Then front page menu will work.

And, this constant issues of theme sidebars not being responsive and not dropping down corrrectly!

NOT CLOUDFLARE – AS ITS PAUSED
NO CACHING PLUGIN – ALL DO THE SAME THING

I know all about your recommended cloudflare settings. I don’t have rocket loader turn on.

Please actually take the time to understand and diagnose my issue.

As you will see. I want this design. But for single post ” Not category”

With the top of the post for the title section and background and the featuer image set to the side.

Then the rest is just as my my site is now for single posts. I just want this top title part and the feature image exactly like this for my sigle posts. Then just using my current style on ym site below for the content
