API is set, always has. Still…how does the Youtube API or lack of Youtube API make the TWITTER counter not work?

Out of curisoty…most social media sites are website.com/username. TikTok is tiktok.com/@username

Should I put @username for TikTok?

I tried adding the instagram element, I tried the footer instagram thing. Both with my account instagram connected (theme panel). I tried disconnecting that. I tried with a different instagram account. My work instagram account, a random person’s account (politician). Nothing.

I installed an instagram plugin, it worked.

I deleted and re-installed my wordpress installation a couple or so hours before the original post. So I have everything up to date.

I deactivated and deleted the wpbakery and going to use the tagdiv composer option.

I don’t work for tagdiv or anyone related to them. Nothing wrong with tagdiv. I love them.

Have you tried to add the logo via the theme panel. Admin Dashboard > Theme Panel > Header > Logo & Favicon

It worked. I guess Instagram was having a hick-up or just a bad day. It happens.

I tried deactivating all plugins (except tagdiv ones), I had two browser tabs open, first one on the plugins page, the other in front (for the tagdiv composer).
I went on tab #1, activated the first plugin. Went to tab #2, tried deleting a element (trending). It worked, CTRL+Z. Went back to tab #2.

Repeat it with all the plugins. At end, it was ImageInject.

I just deactivated it then deleted it. I wasn’t using it much anyways.

Every other plugin, the tagdiv composer was working fine.

I cleaned out (deactivate and delete) a few other plugins that I wasn’t really using anyways.

I deactivated the plugins (except tagdiv ones), still not working. I can’t insert an image from my library.

Vlad, I deactivated all pluygins except tagdiv ones and wpbakery one. I was able to delete that section. So this means one of the non-tagdiv plugins were conflicting/blocking my deletion attempt, correct? Is there a way to find out which one?

Not sure if I am allowed to reply or just tagdiv staff can but…I asked this question a few days ago and the answer was:

Unfortunately the social counter is facing some issues at the moment and our developers are working on fixing it. You will have to use the fixed count at the moment.

Do I still have to reset the license key if I delete all files on the WordPress installation?.

The video on the link you posted says creating a website thing in 3 minutes. The composer shows up as a sidebar on the left.

I installed magazine pro demo. I don’t see the tagdiv composer when I go on the website (Front side). What am I missing?

I forgot to add: I installed a demo. Do I have to install a Cloud Library template instead?
