Update… I have corrected issue with newsletter code showing… plugin was not active.

The cache is provided by Kinsta server side and also cloudflare so there is no cache plugin installed on site.

I don’t have any screen caps of before pics as I did not anticipate this happening.

Although I did spend time on Wednesday evening setting it all up again – this is what it would have looked like before it all disappeared:

As I was working on the main menu sticky section, I pressed save then a red error box scrolled in top right of screen instead of the green success box – I pressed save again – and the spinner wheel just kept spinning. I then pressed page refresh which then returned a blank section like this:

I tried to restore to a previous revision but nothing updated.

Could WP randomly logging me out of dashboard be a cause of this?

I was having the same issue. What resolved the issue for me was deactivating the tagdiv mobile theme plugin.

Just goto Newspaper plugin section.

To use the tagdiv mobile theme, you also need to activate the AMP plugin which you will see in the same section as the mobile theme plugin.

Yes I have been looking at some plugins in themeforest but most of them are only compatible with WPbakery.

Am I correct in saying, that a plugin would not enable me to add such a feature inside a page that has been created with td composer – the text pop up feature would have to be available inside the editor, is that right.

Hi all… don’t mean to gate crash the post, but was looking for an answer to the same. In the end I just used responsive and disabled AMP and mobile theme. I was not even aware there was a mobile editor, so thanks for that Calin.

Lesson to be learnt: Check documentation for guides and answers 🙂

To be honest I cannot figure it out. This recent update seems to messing with my entire site and even my dashboard. Weird things keep happening that I cannot explain or understand.

For example…

> I cannot seem to delete rows on pages.
> Even pages that have been created with Tagdiv composer, when I select edit, opens up the page and occasionally a notification appears saying page not created with tagdiv composer. As you will see in video.

I have played around changing different setting in both the editor and also Newspaper theme panel, but just can’t seem to correct this issue with the header manager.

UPDATE: cloud library is now ok… just had to update it in newspaper plugins section.

Hi Simion… Looks like I will have to send an email, as nothing you suggested helped.

HERE HERE… nycinsider… tagdiv composer has many great elements, but it sadly fails to deliver on some of the most simple of things which should really be a basic function to any page builder platform, such as adding text and being able to simply make some simple customization to that text.

I regret the day I moved away from VC to td composer.

If that is not the whole page showing I would try looking at doing a page restore to an earlier point where everything was ok.

Unless tagdiv support have a better idea on what could be causing this and and suggest somethings else.

Hi Catalin… problem resolved thanks to guidance from Simion.

Basically theme system status was showing that home url and site url did not match, so had to correct under wp dashboard setting > general. Basically the home url was showing as http:// and the site url was showing as https://

I amended the home url to https:// and TD composer page elements displayed on edit section.

This might be useful for others to know who maybe having a similar issue, to check theme system status under Newspaper.
