Apologies, I am having issues with the screenshot.

I have removed the maintenance landing page and put the site back to live.

Please could you review our site to see the issue?

You can see that our site logo has disappeared along with images in the footer and most images from last week backwards have disappeared.

They also no longer show in the media editor as thumbnails, they show as question marks.

We are also having the same issue whereby most of our images are now showing as not found on articles and pages etc even though they are still in the database. This is since the last update.

Have checked with our web hosting provider IONOS and they have confirmed that the correct access permissions are set.

Is there anything in the last few Newspaper updates that changes security or permissions that may have caused this?

Hi, I am also getting this error.

I’m using v10.2 and when I insert Text with Title and click Edit Content the box opens but just shows a loading circle and does nothing else. I can’t edit the text, what would you suggest?

This has been an issue for some time. You guys keep saying to hit delet it drag the row to the red delete box but these simply are not there.. we don’t have these options ?‍♂️

I agree with Gooma2! You have virtually ruined everything I’ve work hard on by doing these silly updates and releases.

AMP update was just silly and I’m sure has annoyed an awful lot of your customers. Just look at this forum for example, it’s riddled with AMP queries!

My google analytics have all been lost too meaning that I can’t show the stats to my paying clients!

All you have done is offer a refund so that I can use a different theme. A refund would not cover the huge amount of work that would be needed to build a new site from scratch!

What are you guys going to do about these issues? Newspaper used to be great, now we’re all getting annoyed! I don’t want to leave!

We are getting the same issue after installing the AMP plugin

We are getting the same, we can’t run a business with our site looking like this on mobile. Simply saying that an update may be released soon is out of order. We have paid for this theme and you guys are not providing us with what we need.

Please find a resolution ASAP otherwise we will look to raise further.

I’ve done more testing and found that if you entered a post title that has less than 5 letter in it then the post shows as per the above screenshots.

Anything long works fine.

Not sure if this is an issue your aware of.

I’ve had the same issues, there used to be a delete row button or a red icon at the bottom but since the new update these are no longer visible.

Posts show fine directly from mobile and desktop site. However, if you go to our twitter page http://www.twitter.com/moorlandsradio then click a recent post from our site then you can see that the same story won’t show correctly, the header is black and audio posted in the article don’t work when it does directly from site.

This still hasn’t worked, i’ve reinstalled the theme and the system still says the same message.

The plugin is not installed and I can not see it on the host file yet it still says its there.

I removed the plugin from the host file completely and reinstalled it again and get the same error message.

Will the issue be because I have Newspaper 8 installed but installed the Newspaper 9 update yesterday. Both 8 and 9 are showing in the themes folder. Do I need to delete 8 out of the folder?
