You had deactivated 3 plugins:
1. Contact Form
2. Decent Comments
3. WP Short Code Pro my ThemeShop

I tried them one by one, and only “Decent Command” works without problems when deactivated. Now my site works like this.

Listing the latest comments in the column to the right of the articles was good, but now this feature doesn’t work.

If you have any suggestions for a plugin that I can use instead of Decent Comments and that won’t cause problems, I would be very grateful.

I changed the memory usage in WordPress’s wp-config file from 256 MB to 512 MB. Pages load without problems, but I can’t open the page I want with the tagDiv editor and I keep getting the same error. I sent the requested information to contag@tagdiv.com. I look forward to your valuable support.

When we ended the campaign, we cleared the codes in all fields in the document you sent. Now we checked all of them again and did not find any codes.

I found the cause of the problem. I replaced the “<” character at the beginning of the “<< Previous” text, which I used for “Prev” in the code, with a graphic left arrow and the problem was solved. The “<” character, even inside quotes, was preventing the code from executing.

We think we didn’t fully explain our request. We already have templates that belong to the authors and we use them.

How do I cite all the writings of another author in an article I wrote? We can only do this by using custom author templates for each author. But we don’t want that, we want to use the generic template we designed.

Is there no way to call an html page by passing a parameter in the Newspaper theme? If there is no such possibility, it will be enough for us to know about it.

We have many authors who write articles on our blog. We have designed a page like this one that shows all the articles of these authors inside some of our articles or on some pages we deem appropriate. We want this page to be generic, so we didn’t design separate pages for each author.

As you will see here, here and here, we want to call this page by passing a parameter to the Author Id field in the components of our generic page.

We don’t know if there is any other way to do this. For example, if we copy an Author Template from Cloud Templates, we don’t know if we can pass parameters to this page.

How would you recommend us to do this?

We deleted and reinstalled tagDiv Composer. We have cleared the cache.
The problem is fixed. We use LiteSpeed Cache.

We are using LiteSpeed Cache plugin. Yes, in our LiteSpeed settings, as you mentioned, “Object Cache” was turned on. We turned this setting off, our problem was solved.

I added the code you sent to the “Theme Panel > Custom Code > Custom CSS” window and saved it. When I looked again, I saw that the lines I added were not saved. I had the same issue when I updated “Theme Panel > ADS” to add Google ads to our site.

We removed the “tagDiv Standard Pack” plugin because it puts extra load on our site and we don’t think it’s needed. According to the information I have read from several sources, this situation can occur without the “tagDiv Standard Pack”. Is this information correct? Do we need to activate the “tagDiv Standard Pack” plugin again for the code you sent to work as you suggest?

I use MacBook, MacOS and Chrome as browser. There seems to be a mobile version for the post template named “Single Post Template 1 (Default)” as seen here.

But on this screen, there is no part where I can make changes that you mentioned.

Our site is used intensively at all hours of the day. Trying to disable all plugins except tagDiv as you suggested means the site will not work.

If we do this with the “Troubleshooting” mode, this will not work as we will connect with the admin user, because when we log in with the admin, this problem does not appear.
