Hi,

Before opening this support ticket, we tried the method you suggested first. Now we tried once again.
– As can be seen here, all CSS files generated by tagDiv CSS Analyzer have been removed.
– All cashe cleaning done.
The result has not changed.

Ok Calin, I got the point. I don’t want to mess with writing additional code. Because there may be problems in the next updates.

But when you type something in the quote field, the “Quote length” information specified in the blocks should work. Thus, it will be a great convenience for users and it will be possible to display it differently on each page. I don’t think this is difficult to do. It would be very useful to have such a small but very useful feature when there are so many powerful features in the theme.

I use the Newspaper theme very much like and trust. So far, I have never regretted choosing this theme. It allowed me to create a blog whose design and content is highly appreciated by all users, without writing a single extra line of code.

Thank you again for your interest and help.
Best regards!

I didn’t understand what you mean!

Hello again!

I found the reason for this;
When I examined the menu settings section, I saw that the “Automatically add new top-level pages to this menu” option was checked. Unchecking this option fixed the issue.

Hello again,

We solved the problem by adding the code below. But we have to find the real reason, we are curious about it.

.post .td-post-content img {
width: 100%;
}

Hello!

Here you see the normal situation, that is, no mobile page has been assigned to the page.

Then, following all the steps in the video, I created a new mobile page and assigned it to the homepage.

This is the situation after cleaning the entire cashe. As you can see, although the mobile page came the way I wanted, the desktop page was broken. However, when I enter the admin panel from the browser, the page looks normal. I’ve tried Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera browsers, the page comes up with a change like here. The mobile page was exactly what I wanted, but the desktop view of the home page was distorted. I think there must be a mistake here.

I reverted the changes because the view of the site was corrupted.
Summary, I couldn’t change the mobile homepage as I wished.

Hello again!

I have already done these operations with the method you suggested.
I deleted all mobile templates and followed the steps below:

  1. First, I created a blank mobile template called “Anasayfa – mobil“.
  2. Then I applied and saved the changes I deemed necessary in this mobile template.
  3. In the admin panel, I assigned the mobile template I designed and saved to the homepage.
  4. I cleared all the caches.

When I tested, it still comes with the standard mobile page instead of the mobile page I designed.

When called “www.arthenos.com/anasayfa-mobil” from my mobile phone, the mobile page I designed works without any problem. However, when I call “www.arthenos.com” from my mobile phone, the standard page comes up as if I had not assigned any mobile page.

This is the problem I’m trying to explain.

Regards.

Hi Vlad,

The requested information was sent to contact@tagdiv.com e-mail address.

Thanks for your info Vlad!

We know all your suggestions. We also know that when we activate the mobile theme, a lot of flexibility for the design of mobile pages disappears. As we know these, we do not want to use the Mobile theme.

We want to design a different homepage for use on mobile devices using tagDiv composer. We will not change the home page running on the desktop. However, when our site is requested to be viewed from mobile devices, we don’t know what we should do in order to display a different home page designed for mobile. It will probably be necessary to write a small piece of code for this. If we can get the answer to this question, we can apply this method for other pages besides the home page.

I hope we explained it right.

Or, what should I do to make this solution work only on desktop?

Demir

Hello again!

This suggestion worked on desktop, but Logo and search button disappeared on mobile. This logo must be clicked to go to the home page on the mobile device. So I had to undo the solution.

What should I do to make this solution work correctly on mobile devices?
Thank you.

Hi,

After deleting the “Gutenberg” plug-in developed by the “Gutenberg team”, the problem was resolved. Gutenberg plugin has a negative effect on many functions. For example, it prevents this when trying to delete an element when using tagDiv composer.

Thank you for your interest and help.

Hello!

The problem was solved by using the “Cookie Notice” plugin instead of the Jetpack widget.

Thanks in advance for your attention and help.

Hi,

All plugins except theme plugins are disabled, all cache is cleared, cache plugin is disabled; the result has not changed.

In the theme settings, “POST & BLOCK AUTHOR NAME COLOR” is set to the default value (# 000000 “) in the” Theme Panel> Theme Colors> Posts> “tab. Thus, “Author name text color” setting in the blocks has become available.

However, when a non-default value is entered in “POST & BLOCK AUTHOR NAME COLOR” in the theme settings, the “Author name text color” section in the blocks still cannot be updated.

Hi Calin,

You are right.
I sent the link of the wrong image.
You can look at it right here.

Thank you!

Hi Calin,

I wanted to explain exactly that. As you can see in this link, although I changed the Author Text Color, it doesn’t change on the block.

Thank you!

I was unable to open the link you sent because Flash player was not installed on my MacBook Pro computer.

Hi Calin,

I was unable to open the link you sent because MacBook Pro was not installed on my computer.

The menu works smoothly on desktop and mobile phones. When the site is opened with iPad, sub-menu links cannot be clicked and sub-menu pages cannot be accessed. The problem only occurs when using iPad. If you can try it from an iPad, you will see the problem.

Additional information:

This problem happens on every page I use the Cloud template. Except for the article, the reason why there is no problem with home page and other pages is not to use Cloud templates on those pages.

Demir

Additional information:

If a Cloud template is not used for the footer, the default infrastructure is used, no problem. There is a problem when defining a template for the footer.
