Hi,

That seems to be the first description of the website, which is also picked up by Facebook
https://www.screencast.com/t/A0hUijsI
Do you maybe use another SEO plugin or implementation besides Yoast? Try setting a description in Yoast of your choosing here for the homepage
https://www.screencast.com/t/Z31mDlEt4Wo
Or for pages in general – https://www.screencast.com/t/cDLRJmsD8
Then fetch the new information again with the Facebook tool
https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/og/object/

Thanks

Hi,

Try a code like this for example – https://www.screencast.com/t/sxfZJKkc0M

#td-top-mobile-toggle,
.td-search-wrapper {
display: none;
}
.td-header-wrap .td-header-main-menu {
height: 47px !important;
}

This could be a solution, give it a try.

Thanks

Hi,

I see that the menu is stretched currently on your website
https://www.screencast.com/t/kEjC1L4BWjDO
The menu looks like it is supposed to, this stretch setting for the menu would be intended to be used if there are too many menu items, to display them in a single row.

This is a similar topic that you could read, maybe the same would work for you
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/centre-menus-in-style-3-header/

Hi,

Custom sizes you can define yourself are not possible with the tagDiv composer on pages or posts. You can split the row or stretch the rows to predefined sizes, but to set a desired width for a column is not possible.

The widths are calculated automatically in percentages, based on the layout you choose
https://www.screencast.com/t/Ynx0UlrUlz
The content in sidebar like blocks or other widgets have predefined padding, margins and other design based on those percentages. So if they are changed the result will probably be a broken sidebar or entire page.

This level of flexibility is not yet possible with the composer. As it is further developed maybe such options will be available.

Hi,

From what I find online Google Chrome made changes to auto-playing videos
https://developers.google.com/web/updates/2017/09/autoplay-policy-changes
Themepunch seem to say they provided a workaround
https://codecanyon.net/item/slider-revolution-responsive-wordpress-plugin/2751380#item-description__update-history
That is the version provided in the theme package (5.4.7.3).

Maybe try as suggested – https://www.screencast.com/t/yjzcQVtCTk

Hi,

What exactly do you mean by not working? Some more details would be helpful. I see the homepage and post pages are displaying just fine at the moment
http://prntscr.com/jw5ky1
http://prntscr.com/jw5l3k

For a proper functionality make sure the theme requirements are met
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Insufficient resources can cause problems with the theme and theme plugins.

Hi,

You can disable the category tag for each module you want
https://forum.tagdiv.com/category-tag-on-modulesblocks/
Here is a list mentioning which modules every block/grid contain
https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-blocks-modules/
I see you disabled them however, there are no category tags in the homepage at the moment.

The date can only be disabled in general, in the theme panel
https://www.screencast.com/t/hfhYeLpW5zh
If you want to remove it just for that block in the homnepage, use a CSS code like this
https://www.screencast.com/t/WbBKAjyHz

.td_block_17 .td-post-date,
.td_block_17 .td-post-author-name span {
display: none;
}

Thanks

Hi,

That should not happen, the X icon simply closes the more articles section. It cannot be made to redirect by a theme setting or in any way, it is not a link.
Inspecting your website I see it is a link and directs to a website
https://www.screencast.com/t/3rhiRQZt8
Please check if you made any modifications to this file, either directly or by a child theme maybe

Hi,

You could try the suggestion from this topic

We have not made any tests with those ads unfortunately, there is no tutorial I can provide you at this moment. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Hi,

Maybe this is due to the configuration of the plugin, try some suggestions I found

There could be more topics online with suggestions or possible solutions.

Hi,

Please clear the cache and check again. I believe it is the cache that prevents the changes to be seen. Also make sure when you set the logo, you set it in full size

Hi,

You can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login so we can check this. Provide more details about the issue, what you are doing exactly and what is happening. Also include a link to this topic in the email.

Thanks

Then probably this is a caching issue. Try to go into the super cache settings and delete the cache. The top social should be removed as soon as you removed the account from the theme panel, most certainly this is caching.
As you can see on post pages the icon is removed, so in the homepage it is the cache that keeps the page unchanged

Hi,

That widget is problematic. Initially the images may load with a delay, but eventually they should load. Try to keep changing the settings (like number of columns, or header on/off) it should provide images at some point
https://www.screencast.com/t/8kXfJSxBb

This widget will be analyzed by our developers and improved if possible. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Editors will have access to the post settings. They have access to the composer as well, and can create pages. You can see a test I made with an editor level user
https://www.screencast.com/t/aPHTYfCuy4zQ
https://www.screencast.com/t/WH2D0FiuiRH3
https://www.screencast.com/t/UlqA3YLJ

Only contributors and subscribers would not have access to the post settings. If you have editor level users that are not seeing the post settings, then there were modifications made to the user role capabilities by some action. Try to create a test editor role user, check with that.

Hi,

You must have missed a module, that grid uses 3 module types
https://www.screencast.com/t/DEta1UxIYQ
Check the module MX11 and disable the category tag for it as well.

Hi,

Most of the demos have a theme to them, like for example business or sports. All the demos use the same theme elements, what makes them different from each other is the custom design and theme panel settings. As soon as a demo is imported, the demo theme panel settings will be imported along with the custom design.

It would be up to you to decide which demo would be the proper one for you, at any time you can uninstall it and install a different one if needed.
The tagDiv composer is used to build all demos, so the same elements are available regardless of demo used.

Now that is unusual, it seems to be a social icon from the theme. These should not display unless account links are entered for them in the theme panel.
Try to enter this code in Theme panel->Custom CSS
https://www.screencast.com/t/oUxJ5IwFu

.td-header-sp-top-widget .td-social-icon-wrap {
display: none;
}

Hi,

That is not supported currently, we will try to add more popular newsletter providers to the widget in the future.
So you could for the moment enter that newsletter code in a text element and display it like that.

Thanks

Hi,

You could use the inline image element, this has a modal option
https://www.screencast.com/t/lEvH4ROmSg
The other image elements such as the single image do not have such an option at the moment. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks
