As far as I can see, the theme’s functionality is intact, so we’ll wait and see how things develop.
Thank you for your reply.

I have another cloning project coming up (these are artist landing pages, they all follow roughly the same pattern), and I’ve already purchased a key for a third site. So, I’d like to have a clear understanding of the licensing issue.
Perhaps you can handle this issue manually?

Hi
I did as you said, and ended up with this.
The issue hasn’t been resolved, as I still don’t see where to enter the purchased license.

Got it. I’ll come back to this thread on Tuesday if the solution doesn’t help. Thanks!

Nothing works, we get the same message
Our hosting provider told us that the website’s IP address is being blocked by Cloudflare

And when we try to install the plugin, we get the following message:
cURL error 28: Failed to connect to cloud.tagdiv.com port 443 after 10002 ms: Timeout was reached

The problem disappeared after the manipulations. Thank you very much!

Hello
Thank you very much, everything works!
Information for other users who are faced with a similar issue: completely disabling the caching plugin (Wp Optimize) solved the problem

Hello
We disabled all plugins except tagDiv, deleted the cache, but this did not fix the situation.
Note: if I go to the code inspector, highlight the form in the desktop version, and then turn on the emulation of the mobile version in the browser, the form becomes visible.

We decided to use the “Page scroll to id” plugin. It shows smoother results
Thanks for the quick response

Hi all
I decided to write here because it will help those who have the same problem
Thanks to the support service, they solved this issue, much gratitude!
This was my omission in the template settings (theme panel)
For some reason, I was convinced that the settings of an individual category template were higher in priority than the general settings, but in certain cases this is not the case.
In this case, the culprit was a disabled parameter – in the screenshot.

Dates are not displayed in the module Posts Loop

We solved the problem after experimenting
This is the code that worked:

.table-wrap {overflow-x:auto !important; word-break: auto-phrase !important;}
.table-wrap .tdb_single_content .tdb-block-inner.td-fix-index
{word-break: auto-phrase !important;}

Thank you very much for the help!

I sent the letter as you indicated.

But here’s what’s interesting
I just checked out your demo template at https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_shop_watches_store/ from a mobile device
The “Add to Cart” buttons on this page from my phone do not work. Exactly the same as on my website.

Hi, Bettina!
I turned off all plugins and it did not give results
We found out that on the two problem page templates: the product category and the store’s main page, if we remove the Woo Menu Cart element from page, the Add to cart button works well
If the Woo Menu Cart element is present on the page, the Add to cart function is disabled
At the same time, it doesn’t matter where the Woo Menu Cart element is located in the header or in the body of the page
On the simple product page, the Add to cart button works perfectly when the Woo Menu Cart element is enabled
The problem occurs only on mobile devices
