Yes, I followed the instructions and the settings all meet the requirements, but the site still was destroyed upon upgrading so I had to roll it back to the old version to keep my client happy.
I will be emailing you in a few minutes with WP admin and cPanel access.

SR20DETg20girl Has this issue ever been resolved? I’m having the same problem where the plugins deactivated themselves practically every single day. Upgrading to V12 absolutely destroyed my customer’s site to where I would have had to rebuild it completely from scratch – no thanks. I rolled back to V9 where I had a backup and now still have the plugin issue.
