Hi,

Not sure about this! Please also try this without any plugins active and also make sure you empty cache and purge files if you use CDN host service.
I have also tested this using the latest theme version and haven’t had any issue of this type so you shouldn’t experience this also.
Please make sure that you use the latest theme version which is 1.4. If you are not please download and update it to the latest version from themeforest: http://themeforest.net/downloads and use this guide and the FTP method to update your theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-theme/
Hope this helps!

Thanks

Hi,

Thanks for your suggestion! We will consider it for future updates. I will also add this on our feature requests list, however we have almost 200 feature requests and we have to pick very carefully what we implement, if more people will request this we will consider it and do it.

Thanks for your suggestion and for your message!

Hi,

Tested this using the same IE version you’ve mentioned also using the header style 1 and still haven’t noticed anything wrong: http://screencast.com/t/JKimdMGpFT
Please also test our demo page and let me know if you notice anything similar to your issue: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newsmag/
I can’t help if I can’t see this issue so please also provide your site’s URL.
Have tried to check this without any plugins installed so that you can exclude the fact that a plugin may cause this?
Please let me know!

Thanks

Hi,

Those image are scaled: http://screencast.com/t/FNW4IMxZ5Aym
Smart list style 2 uses the 640px width image thumb which was created when you’ve uploaded the image: http://screencast.com/t/MqM3NPtxf so if you upload an 200×180 small image the thumb isn’t created as WordPress doesn’t enlarge images so the small image is used and stretched via css to fill the whole container which needs an 640px image thumb for smart list 2: http://screencast.com/t/5rrHiabgnKbJ
If you don’t want this and you still want to use that small image you can use the css below to remove the width and set it auto: http://screencast.com/t/VCVPrsuco

.td-slide-smart-list-2 img {
width: auto !important;
}

Thanks

Hi,

I have checked your facebook sharer and noticed that it looks good now: http://screencast.com/t/fKHuEt2M
The title/description/image that fb uses are set using this og: property meta tags: http://screencast.com/t/Vdva9Hd5td79 which you can set using the WordPress SEO by Yoast plugin which I have noticed you also use. Please note though that facebook isn’t fetching you new meta info right away so you need to wait a while the new info are updated or you can use this fb debugger toll: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/ to see exactly how fb pulls your posts info and manually fetch new scrap info: http://screencast.com/t/J9uL9VYO
Hope this helps!

Thanks

Hi,

The posts are aligned one after another without a row. Please try this custom css:

.td_related_posts .td-related-span4:nth-child(3n+1){
clear: left;
}

Thanks

Hi,

We use the divs from this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-system-full-guide/ Try to use them as they are there and check if this also happens.
You can also access our demo site and check if the image banner ads added there are blocked.
You can also consider going trough ad block settings or that somehow the banners are reported and that’s why are removed.

Thanks

Hi,

a. It looks well now: http://screencast.com/t/WioDyTLH Please let me know if you’ve managed to fix this.
b. Please provide more details about this as I have also tested this but couldn’t reproduce it.
c. That is the way the latest articles work when you navigate trough that section you can use another template for you homepage and use an block to add that section and use the ajax pagination.
d. Use this css in theme panel > custom css field to remove that border: http://screencast.com/t/IYa1qfRJ

.td-main-sidebar .td_block_2 {
border-top: 0px solid #e6e6e6;
}

.td-pb-span4 [class*="td_block_2"] {
border-top: 0px solid #e6e6e6;
}

f. I have tested your site and haven’t seen this behavior. Please let me know if this happens again and also try this without any plugins, empty cache and purge files if you use CDN.

1/ Please provide more details as it looks well to me: http://screencast.com/t/L7dJd2NI
Maybe if you another background color: http://screencast.com/t/fUVjX9Tbg6K
2/ Which block title you refer too? I have checked this and haven’t noticed anything wrong: http://screencast.com/t/8D2hoMmJxY

Hi,

You can change the number of days and set this option to show posts an year old by setting this to 365 days.
Regarding the second matter please note that we have it on our issue list and we will try to fix this in next theme versions.

Thanks

Hi,

Unfortunately I can help you with that, browse trough all of them, try to compare them and chose the ones that resemble the most with the current ones.

Hi,

Unfortunately the newsmag theme doesn’t have an option to add an icon for your menu items like newspaper dose so you need to add it yourself.
You can add an image/icon as a label for your home menu item like this: http://screencast.com/t/QB2oA2mk then you have to use some additional css to set an height for you new menu item, for this you can use the unique class that each menu item has to target just the menu item you’ve created and set an height to it, like this: http://screencast.com/t/jWY1S7N2R
Hope this helps!

Hi,

That line helps you the have a live look at how the content will appear in the frontend so it should not affect nothing else, just your view in the editor.
Test this on a tablet to see how it behaves and let me know if you have an issue.

Hi,

Unfortunately for the moment we don’t plan to add wpml support as we have over 200 features on our list and we also work hard on development/support.
If you cannot use the theme, we can offer you with a full refund. Please contact us via email contact@tagdiv.com.

Sorry for the inconvenience!
Thanks for the message and for understanding!

Hi,

You can use css for that, just use this custom css in theme panel > custom css filed and adjust it as you like:

.td-a-rec-id-header, .td-g-rec-id-header {
top: 35px !important;
}

Please let me know if this doesn’t work and also provide your site URL.

Thanks

Hi,

The “7 DAYS POST SORTING” pulls from ALL the posts the most accessed in the last 7 days NOT the posts that are published in the last 7 days, so it does not matter if a specific post, added in a block which uses a post sorting of this type, it’s 5 or 6 or 7 years old as long as it has been the most viewed post from last 7 days so you have posts older that 7 days in your top stories section because those old posts are among the ones that are most viewed within the last 7 days. We will try to improve the documentation to better illustrate this.

Thanks

Hi,

Makes sure that you also empty cache and check this without any plugins active. If you still have issue after this please let me know and provide your site’s URL and more info about this.

Hi,

You would need additional customization for this as unfortunately the theme doesn’t have an option for this. You could create a condition here: http://screencast.com/t/NiErLilxODSL and set different ads to be loaded based on categories as you like.
I suggest you search an use a plugin for this or get someone to help you implement it as unfortunately we cannot offer custom work because we work hard on the development, updates, fixes and support. You can always get a freelancer from sites like: http://studio.envato.com/ if you don’t know how to do it yourself.
Sorry for the inconvenience!

Hi,

The instance/object class can’t be accessed so you you can use the remove filter function for this. Could you let me know with which plugin the mega menu is conflicting with.
Please let me know!

Hi,

You could try something like this: http://screencast.com/t/zZK2vlyw

.sf-menu .menu-item-has-children .sub-menu {
max-width: 90% !important;
}

Add this css code into custom css filed in theme panel.

Thanks

Hi,

Thanks Chris!

@Stevil222

The message that appears in the theme is just a warning and it does nothing else. The system was developed to stop mass piracy of the theme and I know this is an extra step for paying customers but we tried to make it very easy to use.
When you activate the theme:

    The theme will not overwrite any settings
    The theme doesn’t record any personal information
    All warnings will go away and you will have an activated product

The same purchase key can be used to activate your development copies and also the live version of your theme.
You can also find all this info here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-activate-the-theme/

Thanks

Hi,

Thanks Chris!

@clearwood

The Visual Composer Frontend Editor button was removed from the theme as it’s not compatible with theme blocks.
I think you can leave it if you want, should work with the default elements but you should consider this if you have issues.
You can enable it like this: http://screencast.com/t/ObPqoA4By

@idansx

We will test it and we will release an update with the new version of VC as soon as they will fix issues that apparently they have with the current version. You can see their forum for more info: http://codecanyon.net/item/visual-composer-page-builder-for-wordpress/242431/comments?page=332

Thanks
