Hi,
we updated the theme, but we still face the same problem.
Google Search Console is giving out 160,963 pages with the problem: “Excluded by ‘noindex’ tag”
It seems that a bot is misusing the theme’s search function as the following URLs below are getting listed.
Even login URLs are shown.
Why is the theme saving those URLs? Where can we delete those and best automatically?
URL examples:

Thanks for the help!
We updated the theme and I’ve reconnected the Instagram account, but it’s still not showing in the footer the Instagram images.
No, so we will update to 12.6.1.
Though will this delete those URLs and fix the issue?
No, so we’ll do that and see if this will work.
Thanks!
It seems that we have a similar issue.

Is there any update on this? The Instagram feature in the footer is still not working for us, for a few months now.
Thanks!
Hi,
we have the same issue. I connected all the accounts, but the Instagram gallery is not shown.
Instead there is an error:
“Instagram data error: The data could not be retrived using the /traveldudes/ Instagram ID. If you own this account, please connect to it in Theme’s Panel Social Networks > Instagram Account Access Configuration section.”
Oh… and I’ve deleted & activated the Composer plugin, incl. deleting cache, like explained here:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/errors-at-columns-1models-0dom-the-model-does-not-match-the-content-curr/
I still get the error. I’ve send you an email with access to the test environment.
Hi Bettina,
I’ve deleted them and tried it again, but it’s not working with setting the extra class with the elements section.
What could be the issue?
Thanks
Hi Bettina,
thanks for your help.
Yes, I have added the “Extra class” to the element. But it’s not working.
Isn’t there a simple Table of Content feature?
Hi Bettina,
I’ve followed your instructions and set it up that way. I added the “Extra class” to the element, as I got several ones in one row, where I would like the user to jump to.
But it’s not working. Please check the buttons Inspiration

Thanks for your support!
Hi Anamaria,
thanks for taking a look at it.
I’ve cleared the cache (1 hour ago) and checked the site now in inkognito mode & Twitter is still not showing the Followers. It is showing zero Followers for several days, probably weeks already.
What else could create this issue?
Thanks!
Hi Calin,
I trust you are well.
I’m having the same issue here. I’ve used Yoast to “noindex” the tdb_templates.
I would like to go ultra-save and make them inaccessible if possible, as it’s still double content.
Have your developers worked on a solution or shall I redirect them?
Thanks
Melvin
Are you aware of any security issues on previous versions of the Newspaper theme? I looked at the change logs but couldn’t find any notifications about it.
We’ve manually removed all the malware from the files and compared all of them with the latest original ones to make sure it’s all gone. We’ve also deleted all php files that could be linked to the malware.
Do you know what to look for in the database specifically for malware infected websites?
Just for your info: Most malware files could be found within the theme folders.
Thank you for your reply Vlad S. Several months later we run into the same issue again. I’ve added all the information we’ve found so far in this StackOverflow topic: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/60351128/password-protected-wordpress-site-with-tagdiv-newspaper-theme-gets-infected-by-m
Hopefully you are able to have a look.
Thanks. The email is out.
Ha! That was it. It works nicely with Firefox.
Thanks for the support! It seems that the new Chrome version creates quite a bit of issues everywhere.
The only active plugins are tagDiv Cloud Library, tagDiv Composer & tagDiv Social Counter.
There is also no child them and I have cleared the cache.
But it still does not work.
Any other solutions? Thanks!
Thanks. I just send you an email.
The system does fit the requirements. I had the theme working before, but we had to set it up again.
The upload_max_filesize is set to 10M.
Hi,
thanks, we still had some issues.
We had to delete & reinstall the plugins all manually.
Many greetings
Hi Calin,
The problem is that I could not do that, please see screenshot.

Where can I edit the filter queries for a block?
Can I overwrite the td_config file? I copied it to my child theme and didn’t seem to work.
Thank you for your help Calin, much appreciated.
