In most cases the issue is caused by one of the cases below:
Could be caused by insufficient resources

In this case the hosting provider should be able to increase them.
Or it could be a security setting, module or firewall, as in this case where the theme panel was not saving any settings

Yes! To do so you have to use the tagDiv Composer. Go to add element -> Ad box and drag it to your sidebar. Once you have done that task you can simply edit the content of it from the composer’s options: https://www.screencast.com/t/wodw6A1B5JP

This is most likely a plugin conflict. Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
