Unfortunately Newspaper Theme only renders the default WordPress login. Gmail is not an option in the default loin. You can use a plugin for this.

Angular plugin has also not been tested and unfortunately we cannot say for sure if it is compatible or not. You can create a test environment where you can activate the theme and test all this.
