At the moment there is no option to edit a sidebar content from a post content. Anything you edit on your post template sidebar will appear on all of them. If you want to have different sidebars or sidebar content you will need to duplicate the templates.

You can create templates for Categorie, Post pages and pages. For categoiries and post pages you can directly open and edit one from admin bar as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/AX4FjdZg8 ; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6m8-EebnfM0

It looks like your elements have been created using tagDiv composer. You can achieve that by using the CSS tab only on the mobile device viewport as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/p12y9ZVR

You can set the top margin with a negative, -25 for example, adjust it to your desire.

Since you are using the Mobile theme this issue should not be available. Again, this looks like it is going through your CDN. Can you exclude mobile theme from CDN ? Mobile theme was designed to use as few resources as possible just to make sure that it will offer the fastest user experience.
