The latest articles option is coming from wordpress. That has to be disabled from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/uzXRgXTiHlH Once you disable it you can add a flex block element and filter it to work as the Latest article element. I was looking in your post pages / normal pages and I cannot seem to find this element: https://i.imgur.com/8vkaNpB.jpg Can you provide a direct link ? The homepage does not seem to host it.

The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.

Copy the content and you will be able to “duplicate” that templates.

Unfortunately Newspaper Theme does not have support for this and from what I know WordPress by default does not support SVG so this at the moment.
This probably can be done but it will require custom work.
