Please note that since you are using a PRO Demo, this is fully customizable using tagDiv Composer. Theme panel section will not have that much of an effect over it anymore.

Can you send us 2-3 screenshots of what settings you would like to make and can’t make them. Also send us a screenshot of your filtering options to see what may be an issue there.

If you want that cloud templates from your website to no longer be indexed by Google, you need to use Yoast SEO plugin and disable cloud templates from index -> https://i.imgur.com/ApOXLWp.png after that you need to re-index your website on Google (or at list that link).
If this is not what you mean, please provide some more details.

Newspaper Theme does not offer any option for this. In order to edit the template only Administrators and Editors have access on it. Everybody can see it but only those 2 categories can edit it.
