Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option and for achieving that is needed to do some additional customizations through code.
So, if you want to add the Ads for your top category page, you have to use do_shortcode method with your Custom Ad. The code is -> and this you have to add in your category template core file used by you. Please notice that you can set your block filter from the Block Settings to exclude the category if you do not want to show them (sub-categories) you will have to use the exclude function (with ‘-‘ minus ID category ID ‘-47)
