Hi,
Ok. Please let me know the results.
You could consider reinstalling the WordPress version, and checking for this plugin wp-zexit.php. It might be wise to inspect via FTP if it doesn’t appear in the WordPress -> Plugins. Additionally, using Wordfence to scan the website and remove unknown users would be prudent.
Change admin passwords and delete admin accounts you are not familiar with;
– Delete any weird/unknown plugins;
– Delete the weird/unknown themes;
– Clean unfamiliar Theme Panel injected code (example – https://i.imgur.com/4q70kCv.png);
– Clean WordPress files (example – https://i.imgur.com/stJCqiK.png)
Please block /wp-json/tdw/save_css
If an attacker wants to target this URL /wp-json/tdw/save_css they can do so. Even if the website uses a different theme, the attacker can still try that URL. We could add an option to be able to enable/disable the Live CSS, it will be considered. But for now in order to remove it this can only be done with a modification to the composer plugin. I think that all that removing it requires is to comment this line of code – https://prnt.sc/RtwvL5Nc4ikR -> https://prnt.sc/ymZmhdUfp57U But as I mentioned, the attacker can still try to access the URL.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please let me know from where you have this code and what it should be displayed.
The code needs to be set between head tags, this can be set in our theme in Theme Panel -> Analytics/Js Codes. Example: https://prnt.sc/1tju9qf -> https://prnt.sc/10jk7fq
Thank you!
Hello!
There are a lot of plugins, but depending on your website setup. For example, you can try: the WP Maintenance Mode & Coming Soon, SeedProd – Coming Soon & Maintenance Mode, LightStart – Maintenance Mode, Coming Soon, and Landing Pages, UnderConstructionPage.
Check Hostinger’s built-in options: Sometimes, Hostinger’s maintenance tools might conflict with third-party plugins.
Disable caching plugins temporarily: Some caching plugins (like LiteSpeed Cache or WP Rocket) can interfere with maintenance mode pages.
Test plugins on a staging site before activating them on the live website.
Thank you!
Hello!
For this caching issue, please address the issue to the Litespeed support. So they can help you with the plugin settings.
Make sure you do not use many caching tools. Try to disable all and let only the Litespeed. Ask your host to verify if you do not have any other caching tools, object cache etc.
Do you use the Mobile theme plugin or AMP?
Thank you!
Hi all. Revamping and relaunching my website. Two items:
1. When I shared it with someone, the thumbnail does not show up. Also, the description just says “Just another WordPress Website”. Any tips on quickly changing this?
2. On Google Chrome the menu shows under the header. On SAFARI it doesn’t show at all. How can I fix this?
thank you. -RonnieG
Hello,
I use the newspaper theme and I apply every new update. I read what innovations are in the yen version from our Changelog document. Each new feature and correction are specified in only one line. It is impossible to understand what happened here. There is a need for a guide describing this with examples. Isn’t there such a plan or thought. Or please let me know if you have.

Best regards!
Hi,
Our theme uses the WordPress search function, and we made a few changes only for the live search. By default, those will display all posts and pages that contain the word/words you are looking for in the title or post content, but if those words are not in the content, then will not display content about that tag, for example.
Thank you!
Hello there! First of all, Newspaper is an amazing theme, and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed using it until now. I own multiple licenses, but this is the first time I’ve encountered such a strange issue.
Up until now, I’ve installed dozens of your demos, and each one has been flawlessly complete—exactly as previewed on your website. However, this is absolutely not the case with Cali Sight.
When I imported the Cali Sight demo to my website, only the homepage transferred successfully. None of the other pages, including category pages or any items in the top menu, were imported.
For example, how do I create the page shown in the screenshot below? I can’t find any guidance on this. Only the homepage imported without issues.
Hi,
Most likely a caching issue. I see you are using flyingpress https://prnt.sc/eGgEy5U5kdMP If I decode that timestamp at the end it translates to January 6, 2025, which means the homepage we are seeing is from then.
Normally most caching plugins or services auto clear the cache when publishing new content. Maybe flyingpress has something similar but it needs to be activated. Please check in your wordpress dashobard for any options related to flyingpress or caching. There should be options to clear the cache manually and maybe also settings to configure it properly.
But if there are no settings, I suggest checking in your flyingpress account. Or contact the hosting provider for assistance. Surely they must provide a way to make sure the new content actually appears on the website after publishing it.
Thank you!
I suggest not using AMP anymore, especially if there are problems. Use just the mobile theme if you want the best performance. But if you do need to use it, use it together with the mobile theme. And maybe only use it for posts.
I see you enabled the mobile theme and disabled AMP for category pages. Posts are usually the only content served in AMP. Everything looks fine now from what I see. The posts look fine in AMP + mobile theme, and the category pages look fine with the mobile theme. That’s how it should be.
Let me know.
Thank you!
I assume those 2 authors are not available on the website anymore and won’t be restored. Then you could redirect those 2 URLs to the homepage for example, with a redirection plugin. From what I find its best to use a 410 status for them https://yoast.com/deleting-pages-from-your-site/
Also you could permanently remove those 2 URLs from Google: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/9689846?hl=en
Google says that if the pages return a 404 or 410 you can remove them permanently https://prnt.sc/rWQkHvI9_bvr
Thank you!
Hello,
For now, my website mediago.id using prebuilt themes and only set up for the mobile version ” ” . How can I switch to the desktop version?

Hello,
Website: https://printinthechannel.co.uk/
Faced the issue after press on “Load more” button on homepage Flex Block X:
“You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”
but
Request URL: https://printinthechannel.co.uk/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?td_theme_name=Newspaper&v=12.6.8
Request Method: POST
Status Code: 200 OK
As a result, posts autoload stops working.
Hi,
This is a category template, so if you want to use some blocks, you must ensure they can be used. For example, you can use the flex block builder on the page and save that block with right-click, but you can not use the category background image, or category siblings.
Thank you!
Hello,
to be honest, that was the case with me at the beginning, too.
Now, a lot of things don’t work anymore, not even with other browsers.
Example: With Firefox, for example, many inputs disappear in the CSS tab in the Tagdiv Composer, with Chrome etc. you can see them, but I can’t edit anything under Firefox, Chrome, Vivaldi, Edge etc. under “Column Text” > “Edit Content”, the WP code window is always empty.
This was just one example, I have 2 websites here that urgently need to be adapted and for weeks everything has been standing still.
At the moment, I think, because the cases are piling up here, that it is directly related to your tagdiv composer plugin, who knows how the plugin is running, maybe the license is checked every time it is called and something goes wrong there, or whatever.
Please fix it quickly, my customers are already pressuring me why nothing is going on.
Status: 25/10/9 – 9 a.m.

You are welcome to use my access data to verify and eliminate the problem, that’s what we all pay for, please, thank you.
We have a site that has 240K posts and regularly DB connections jump from 25 to 250 and 350 until DB server chrashes and we get error 502 “Unable to establish a database connection”.
We resized the DB server which helped just a little but following day crashes started again.
The site has WP Rocket, Sucuri and Redis object & page caching set up, and even on some pages we have block cache enabled. It doesn’t seem like a frontend problem because page speeds are okay but rather a DB problem.
This started happening after theme update to v12.
Any help would be appreciated because site is basically unusable every 2 or 3 days when this happens and manual intervention is needed every time.
The standard wordpress pages, like the page marked as homepage(https://imgur.com/a/3r9sDQc), are not visible in Cloud Templates (Page Template & HomePage)(https://imgur.com/a/6hnymtQ).
How can I do to incorporate them in the Cloud Template.
Thank you very much

I want to use the category template into my new page:
https://metabrandl.com/example/
any idea?
The issue had to do with Redis.
Follow the instructions here:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/the-password-reset-key-is-invalid-2/
Or -if this fails as it was in our case – do this:
if ( isset( $_SERVER['REQUEST_URI'] ) && (
strpos( $_SERVER['REQUEST_URI'], '/tds-login-register' ) !== false ||
strpos( $_SERVER['REQUEST_URI'], '/wp-login' ) !== false
) ) {
define( 'WP_REDIS_DISABLED', true );
}
(just add the registration ulrs that you are using)
Hello there.
I have set up a megamenu with sub-categories as per documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/
The megamenu has a parent category: (News), and subcategory options: (Business, Culture, Politics, Markets, Takes, Technical)
The megamenu is now working as intended but it has now created a new problem.
The problem I have now is that the permalink post URL structure now displays both the parent category and subcategory.
https://example.com/news/business/sample-post
I want the URL structure for the posts on my website to display only the subcategory and NOT the parent like the below:
https://example.com/business/sample-post
How can I do this, while keeping the megamenu with subcategories?
I’ve reviewed the permalink settings in WordPress admin dashboard in -> Settings -> Permalinks
But in the WordPress permalink custom post structure options there is no ‘parent’ or ‘subcategory’ options only: /%category%/%postname%/
Can you please help and advise me how I resolve this issue?
Thank you.
Mark
FYI, if the pages still work this is an ooooold issue with Woocommerce.
What they do is scan for a field in template files saying which version number the template was built for. You will see this with their own storefront theme.
Basically, the actual page may not have changed; only the “identifier” for the version is not the latest version number in the template.
For example if you opened up the woocommerce template folder for the tagdiv theme and looked at the top of the files, you could simply update the version number there to remove the “error.”
(I don’t work here.)
Hi,
So from the search results page on mobile https://prnt.sc/aG3qnr23HvLX I click on website links.
I’m getting the AMP and mobile theme version for a posts I checked https://prnt.sc/qCQlIbKpQFEM
Another one is just AMP https://prnt.sc/d9IX9E3RQUvE Maybe google cached it when you were using just the AMP plugin, it’s an older post.
Or an AMP category https://prnt.sc/iNSNdjo6a3vU I see the images are not loaded at all in this category page. The images are not even in the HTML of the page.
But the images are not there even if I check on the actual website https://prnt.sc/3Yflv1s3m3Tz
That category template doesn’t seem to look like it should. The mobile theme uses 2 modules, a larger one and a smaller one, and a category template from the mobile theme looks like this https://prnt.sc/In_r8GY1jxrd
I believe you aren’t using the mobile theme. Are you using the AMP plugin alone? And how is it set exactly? The category template contains composer code, I’m not sure how that was done.
Thank you!
Hi,
On mobile I see you are using AMP, and all the mobile visitors are redirected to the AMP version. The theme will not count AMP views unfortunately, and I don’t think that is even possible.
Your AMP content will be served to visitors from the google cache, not from the website itself.
A visitor using a mobile, from the search results page they will end up here for example when clicking on a post https://www-expartibus-it.cdn.ampproject.org/c/www.expartibus.it/un-grande-amore-e-niente-piu-unica-autobiografia-di-peppino-di-capri/amp/ This is from google cache.
If you would like to have AMP statistics for views, I suggest using analytics https://prnt.sc/C7sEsIeFbt7f
Thank you!
