First of all, we no longer recommend AMP because it is deprecated https://developer.bigcommerce.com/docs/storefront/wordpress/platform-integration/enabling-amp
The w3 validator unfortunately does not provide accurate results anymore.We have stopped trusting it altogether. Please use google’s structure data testing tool You can test any major site you can think about and you will see the w3c validator providing errors for each one.

I have some custom pages which load from a separate directory under WordPress, but with any version of the NewsMag theme beyond 5.4.1 I get error messages on those pages, caused by the TagDiv Composer plugin.

I’m experiencing some issues with HTML validation on my website. Specifically, I’m seeing errors related to duplicated tags, such as the <head> tag appearing multiple times on certain pages. Additionally, there are multiple <h1> tags within the same page, which I understand is not recommended for SEO or accessibility.
After running a check, the WordPress Happiness Engineers suggested that this could be an issue with the theme I am using. I’ve tried to fix the code manually, but without success.
Here are some details:
Issue encountered: Duplicated <head> and <h1> tags, along with AMP validation errors.
Theme in use: Newspaper
Steps taken so far: I have validated the code using the W3C Validator and AMP tools, both of which flagged these duplicate tags as errors.
I’m seeking help on how to resolve this problem. Should I consider switching to a different theme, or is there a way to fix the current one?

Hello – is there a way to get column text to flow across multiple columns in a row? For example, if I create a 3-column row, can I get text entered in a column text element in column 1 to continue, to overflow, into columns 2 and 3? (As one might see in a newspaper…)

You have malware on the website. Please update to the latest version 12.6.8
If you want to update the theme, you should download the latest version of it from the Theme Forest account and download it.
I recommend that you update the theme manually https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ via FTP/cPanel/File Manager, also if possible disable extra plugins during the theme update to avoid any problems that may arise and make sure that you have activated the tagDiv Standard pack plugin to keep the website’s look. You can try to update the theme on a staging website.
After you update the theme, you need to update the theme plugins too.
In the worst cases, the settings in the theme panel may be lost (there have been isolated cases), in these cases, after the theme plugins that were previously used are activated, you will have to use a backup for the theme panel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/
You could consider reinstalling the WordPress version, and checking for this plugin wp-zexit.php. It might be wise to inspect via FTP if it doesn’t appear in the WordPress -> Plugins. Additionally, using Wordfence to scan the website and remove unknown users would be prudent.
Change admin passwords and delete admin accounts you are not familiar with;
– Delete any weird/unknown plugins;
– Delete the weird/unknown themes;
– Clean unfamiliar Theme Panel injected code (example – https://i.imgur.com/4q70kCv.png);

If an attacker wants to target this URL /wp-json/tdw/save_css they can do so. Even if the website uses a different theme, the attacker can still try that URL. We could add an option to be able to enable/disable the Live CSS, it will be considered. But for now in order to remove it this can only be done with a modification to the composer plugin. And this to the template in a Single External Shortcode:

But the excrept shows only the first 30 word.
How can I change the lenght to (by example) 100 words?

The problem is that I have not been able to apply a filter where the posts of only a specific author are shown, for example, the author of the article you are reading.

For each category, on the flex block there is a special filter for the current category, which dynamically displays the posts from that category within each category.
The Posts Loop automatically filters the posts depending on the cloud template you set (for example, on the category page, there will be posted posts from that category) https://forum.tagdiv.com/posts-loop/

In Newspaper/Ads, is it possible to adjust the vertical spacing between sidebar ads? For example, as in sidebar here:

There are special filters as well and the block knows to filter by the current category for example. You can also copy-paste the block or save it as element and use it in another cloud page

Hello, we are facing a strange issue with the thumbnails in our site. In our homepage (only in mobiles and only in the homepage) the thumbnails for each article are (very often) wrong, meaning that, the picture is different from the one in the article.
Inside the article the picture is ok and, as said, in laptop/pc they are ok too – this only happens in mobiles (both android and iphone).
This started after the previous update and you can see an example in the picture below (on the left the wrong thumbnail and on the right the full post with the correct image).
Note: this is corrected when we use the Clear Used CSS option from wp-rocket plugin. Thank you!
