The elements of the tagDiv composer can be used as shortcodes. So for example configure an author box in a new page as you want

An element to display the author and publish date does not exist for pages. Displaying this information on top of the page would be possible if it was in the page content, or maybe in the page template files the theme uses

So you want to remove the footer Instagram only on some pages, posts etc. That could be done with some CSS for example

By using the unique ID of a post or page it can be removed only on them.

Or you could do it in the code by adding a condition, to not display the Instagram in some pages, something like this for example

For Google ads the the CSS solution would not work. It is forbidden to hide them with CSS, unless using media queries

So hiding them like that is not a solution unless using media queries.

For the page content in pages it would be simple, simply don’t use ad boxes in them. But the header ad and footer ad will still show.

Most users that require more advanced control over the ads are using the Adrotate plugin. I believe this plugin has settings to manage the ads. Some info about it here

If you mean that the top menu does not appear on mobile, that would be the intended functionality. The top menu will not appear on mobile.

It could be made to appear with a code, only if the mobile theme plugin is not active. You could try this code for example

Only flex blocks have this many customization settings, the predefined blocks (1->25) do not. These predefined blocks will always look the same as they were designed. With the flex blocks you can recreate all the other predefined blocks.

I see the problem, but there are a lot more problems that the images not showing. For example the header search is not working, the block pagination next/prev is not working, news ticker is not working etc.

This would mean that the theme javascript is broken. There are some errors in the console

The first step to take in such cases is to investigate plugins, or custom code entered in the theme panel or theme files (like scripts for example). Chances are a plugin is conflicting with the theme, in most cases that is the cause.
