I’m currently trying to modify td_module_8.php

When loading the posts it states:

and a little above that

Well now, we would like to truncate based upon number of characters, and then on whole words.
Searching the internet I find this bit of code, meaning it will allow a max of 35 characters :

and this one too

Every effort I have made so far has resulted in the posts simply not showing at all…

The goal is too truncate titles which are too long, preferrably replacing the missing words with “…”, in an effort
to not create extra paragraphs and distort the design of the site.

Incercam sa folosim tema Newspaper pentru unul dintre proectele noastre.
Pana in acest moment ne-am lovit de urmatoarele probleme:
– nu putem salva / updata paginile cu o cantitate mare de continut (pt acest aspect incercam sa optimizam setarile serverului) Aveti aici un screen din setarile temei https://screenshots.firefox.com/DwYFf5hUdqTXRhFB/365web.ro
– incercam sa folosim WPBakery Page Builder pentru articole/pagini. Intampinam urmatoarea problema: orice combinatie de page template/ sidebar position alegem – odata salvat articolul sidebarul (in cazul nostru in dreapta) vine si este afisat peste continut. O rezolvare de moment este ca la fiecare element/rand din WPBakery Page Builder sa setam Stretch row and content la setarile elemntului , optiunea Row stretch. Linkul de mai jos va prezinta simptomul mentionat – sidebar peste continut: https://365web.ro/xbox-one-to-launch-in-china-this-month-after-all-2/ La acest articol tot ce am facut a fost sa scurtam continutul si sa adaugam un element text in WPBakery Page Builder, fara a afecat setarile de template, sidebar, categorie.
– o alta problema este ca odata activa wordfence situl este sensibil mai lent.

Cu mentiunea ca problema 2 este aceea ce ne streseaza cu adevarat, va multumesc.

At the moment we are using AMPforWP and their paid extension ACF for AMP. Does your AMP version built in theme supports ACF?
ACF is part of every article on our site, so we cannot use AMP without ACF.

after updating the theme to the newest version,
now the Instagram widgets no longer working.
They only display blank spaces, not photos as they should.

Hi, let’s see if you can help me out. I have problems when sharing my post either on Facebook, Twitter, Google+ or even whatsapp … about 1-2 months ago everything worked perfect and captured the images of the links that I put but there is no way, I have everything updated and even deactivated all plugins and nothing, for example, facebook is not able to see the tags or g and yes they are if you take a look at the source code of the page.
I have contacted the server and they tell me that they do not block anything and that they do not see the error. I also contacted the Yoast SEO plugin and they tell me that the plugin is working well and the tags are shown so I do not know where the bug came from and I wanted to know if I can do something from the subject.

I am a user of newspaper theme and actualy i love it.

However, i blog has lost tons of the power of indexation from the start of the year. I was worry about, and for now I went to google search webmaster and find out lots of mistakes that have no solution, and as i have talked with specialists, they said that those are mistakes from theme, as they have tested plugins and they are normal.

Could you check it please?

I am new to newspaper. When i create, for example a “Big Grid Full 4” and set the style to …style 4… then i get the category in a blue box on the image. When i install the demo Fitness blog, then the style 4 is a white box in the center. How can i change my blue blue box to such an white box.

The posts referencing ‘Source name’ and ‘URL’ do not pass Google’s AMP test. I expect it is the same if you fill in ‘Via name’. Is Tagdiv aware of this and are you working on a fix?

I recently installed the Tagdiv AMP Plugin and am running into two main issues when it comes to posts.

The first is that the featured image doesn’t show up, but there is still room for it to exists. For example: http://criticalcoins.com/industry/dont-expect-consoles-to-adopt-digital-only-anytime-soon/amp/

The second, is that it appears to be using the default comment system that WordPress provides, is there any way to integrate Disqus into these pages?
