In the last week through plugin updates, my TD Composer has quit working I have tried to find that plugin that is not playing nice but that has not worked so far. Does anyone have any ideas? All of my plugins are up to date.
Thank You
Brian
I appreciate all your support available in this forum, keep up the great work.
I’m interested to learn if/how it’s possible to edit two things through code edits:
1. Remove the “All” option from a specific Mega Menu (i.e. target one Mega Menu and remove All from appearing only for that one instance)? I noticed that the Mega Menu IDs change every time the page is loaded, so I’m guessing CSS won’t be enough.
1a. Related: Where in the coding could I rename the “All” option?
2. Where in the coding can I edit the location of the Left/Right pagination arrows for Blocks? I am looking into moving their location to appear on the left and right sides of the content, if possible.
Thanks in advance!
Hello
I wonder if it is possible to leave each header of a particular color category different. For example: the category sports leave in the yellow color, when to open the news related to the sport the header to be yellow instead of orange as follows the example. See: https://redeagoradenoticias.com.br/esporte/
The whole site is orange, but when I open the sports page I want it to be yellow, but when clicking on each sport category news, the header appears orange rather than yellow. Can you help me?

Hello Jakob,
Try to use the following way if you want to have something some similar to your screenshot example -> https://www.screencast.com/t/RAOnyNLft
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
Since the amp plugin is a ‘plugin’, you should change the plugin files, not the theme files. Changing theme files will have no implication on the plugin. Not in this case anyway.
Try to add the code here: https://www.screencast.com/t/r6pHCFYbnCr
Thanks.
Hi,
The theme does not have such a feature at the moment, that could only be done with code modifications, like in the topic provided above or maybe with a plugin. Use the code from the bottom of the post in the modules you want. Example for module 2
– https://www.screencast.com/t/9OprRLAn
Result – https://www.screencast.com/t/fa6Ivn8OXY
Thanks
Maybe some CSS will work if you would consider it. For example a code like this will remove the first paragraph in all the posts that are paged
– https://www.screencast.com/t/EC7lzOnm1Z2A
It could be made to affect only certain posts
– https://www.screencast.com/t/12elDpSFsbXp
This is specific for that post if you want to make tests with it
body[class*="paged"][class*=postid-1325] .td-post-content p:first-child {
display: none;
}
Hello tonejarvis,
Please notice that the AMP is not available for pages which are created with any page builder. Please look at this -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/
Thanks.
Hello,
I do not see the issue now:
http://www.gamersgreed.com/crash-bandicoot-n-sane-trilogy-easter-eggs-references/amp/
https://www.screencast.com/t/9sYJaTXoMjp2
Please check again.
Thanks
I have searched for this online, it seems the issue is happening for other people as well
– https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/webmasters/XpbjG0Zx1fc
According to Google this is detected when the AMP page is missing a video that is seen in the canonical page. But the videos are present in both from what I can see
– https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/7478053?hl=en
I did not find a definite solution for this, maybe you can search more online.
Those would be the theme internal fonts, these are used for various theme elements, such as the socials and menu for example
– https://www.screencast.com/t/FUVkHDPOtfr
But the font seems to not load properly. Maybe your hosting provider could provide some details about this, as to why the theme fonts cannot be decoded

In some cases the icons are replaced by other characters even

Hello,
You will still be able to use this forum or contact us via email afterwards 🙂 We have not yet taken any measures in this regard.
As for the FB issue, please read these topics:

Thanks.
Hi,
That is happening because the block is stretched. The stretched module uses the same thumbnail that it normally does. So the results could be blurry be cause a small thumbnail will be stretched to bigger sizes.
You could use for example different blocks, ones that use a bigger thumbnail size. Or experiment with the flex block which allows you to choose the thumbnail size (predefined values). This demo homepage was built entirely with the flex block

Hi,
Our AMP plugin does not show a menu, this is not implemented at the moment. However it might receive a menu in future plugin updates.
This is similar to the Yoast SEO website AMP version
– https://yoast.com/social-media-optimization-with-yoast-seo/amp/
The logo that will be used in the header will be the one set for mobile
– https://www.screencast.com/t/s0TSQ7WO
Try testing with different logo sizes and check if the logo is still blurry. It should be exactly as uploaded. I used in a test a logo like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/ECwm3YPVof7
– https://www.screencast.com/t/7qjwLciCK0tR
It was centered in the first version of the plugin, but a decision has been made to left align it in the latest plugin version. A setting has not been added to choose it’s location.
As long as you are entering valid codes in the desired locations of the AMP plugin, there should be no problem with the ads
– https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/7183212?hl=en
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Kd7fibQixj
Be sure to test on mobile or mobile emulators to see the ads, on desktop they might not appear.
The same footer logo from desktop will be displayed in the AMP version. So it should look the same.
The plugin is at it’s beginning, it will receive more options in future updates, suggestions are welcome as well. It has no translation settings at the moment. It could only be translated with modifications to the plugin files if required

Hello reloaded,
Generally, you should use the HD image if you want to achieve good results. All the settings regarding in Background can be found here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/W8dGR5KQT You can try fiding on Unsplash website from here -> https://unsplash.com/search/photos/textures-background as an example.
Thanks for your understanding!
You can add new modules and blocks, these are guides here
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-theme-api/
This way you could add a new module and block, it will be unique. There is an example for download as well, in the form of a plugin
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/practical-example-how-to-add-a-new-block-and-module/
I inspected the website, it seems that the thumbnail is as it is supposed to be
– https://www.screencast.com/t/VL3lcE07d
Each module has a predefined thumbnail size, it will only use that size. From what I can see you have stretched the column containing the block
– https://www.screencast.com/t/4B11S0HR4
This should be avoided, it may break the design of the block. There are fixed values for the design which will not function properly in those circumstances.
Block 16 looks like this by default
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-16/
If you want bigger thumbnails use a different block for example, try the new flex block as well
– https://tagdiv.com/go-beyond-flexibility-new-flex-block/
Our AMP plugin works on pages if enabled, but only on pages that are created through default WordPress editor, not with any of the page builders. Then it can also be enabled/disabled per page
– https://www.screencast.com/t/JEBKuLqqw
Since the current homepage on your website contains page builder content, our AMP plugin will not apply to it. So the mobile theme should be served when searching and entering the website from Google search.
Hi Simion,
I have renamed the categories in the settings, but when you visit the site you will see that it still says ‘Miscellaneous’ as opposed to ‘Money & Success’.
How do I fix this?
Thanks for your help 🙂
Cheers,
Mitchell
As of now, it shows on that URL, but It does not show on all my articles.
another example URL – https://www.ytechb.com/5-best-bluetooth-headphones-rs-1000/. Also, It shows only 3 times out of 10. I have cleared all the cache. My account is approved for last 2 years.
Hello,
Google recommends adding the “description” on AMP pages structured data (Schema.org tags).
Source:- https://developers.google.com/search/docs/data-types/article#amp
I edited the td_module_single_base.php file (includes/wp_booster/td_module_single_base.php) and added the following under headlines markup:-
// description
$buffy .= '<meta itemprop="description" content="' . get_the_excerpt() . '">';
The description markup shows fine on Non-AMP article pages. However, when I check the Structured Data on Google’s Structured Data tool for the AMP article page, it doesn’t show the description.
On AMP article pages, it only shows the following in page source:-
<meta itemprop="description" content="">
Can someone please help me get the “excerpt” shown as the description in structured data on AMP article pages?
I’m using the Tagdiv’s AMP plugin that came with the Newspaper theme.
Thank you
Hello Team TagDiv!
I have created a page for the local elections – wokinghampaper.com/vote2018 – using TagDiv Composer.
It works fine on desktop, but not on mobile.
I have looked at the settings of the elements and I think they have all been set to SHOW correctly – column, row, item – all set to SHOW on mobile view.
But it’s not showing!
Please can you suggest some pointers so I can get this working.
Thanks
Phil
