What I meant to say was that the mobile theme is using it’s own predefined template for the elements displayed, including the footer section. There will always be the same footer displayed, regardless of what you have on desktop, where you can customize the footer content or have predefined content in some footer templates. This is meant to make the mobile theme as light as possible and with good performance.
Please try this code to hide that text, just enter it in Theme panel->Mobile theme->Custom Css

Hi. There are over 50 fonts in Theme panel > Theme Fonts. Do you have a tutorial that matches these fonts with the appropriate block?
In particular, I am interested in the following:
1. Blocks > Slide
Need to change the font-family of the title.
2. Blocks > Block 13
Need to change the color of the title
3. Links
Is there a way to change the link colors only?
At the moment, I changed “General theme colors > Theme accent color” but this affects the whole website.
4. Go-to-top arrow (bottom-right corner)
Same issue. I changed “Theme accent color” to blue. This is a good color for the links. But the Go-to-top arrow should be black or gray.
5. Font color
How can I change the color of <p> <h2> <h3> in posts and pages?
p.s. Very impressed with the theme. Even the staging website is fast.

Is it possible to change around the thumb sizes used with blocks? I would like all the images on the home page to use the same aspect ratio. Currently the blocks do not allow this. For example, Block 2 uses images that are 324 X 160 for the large pics and then 100 x 70 for the smaller pics. The different aspect ratio means that the large pics are cropped top and bottom.
It would look more uniform if all the thumbs were the same!

I guess that you want to add a custom URL to your image, right? Try to use a text block, add inside it a simple image and then when you edit it, you should change from edit Custom URL and add you desired link, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/BOv5uTiY3

Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such a module which displays the full content of your post in the block, sorry! You can try using the Block 12 which has a Read More button and which link you to the entire post, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/joKYfyGn

Please keep in mind that the Footer Style 1 is a default footer template which comes by default with these custom blocks. If you want to have more popular categories, you should customize is from the panel, Widgets section. In Footer 1,2,3 you can add any block you want and then it should be customized by any categories you want to be displayed. I’ve set up a page using block 4 and it shows the posts fine.

block_td_uid_2_58f6c1dabc790.found_posts = "12";Below this element, for comparison purposes, I have also added two more blocks (blocks 7 and 16) which have the same settings and same posts as block 4. However, the block and posts do not show on the page. I can see from the source code, that it isn’t seeing the posts:

The posts are in fact pages not posts, but presumably this doesnt make a difference since the post id’s works fine with block 4.

I am getting started to use Newspaper theme and need to understand the difference between Big block & big grid which are added via visual composer ? Also, can you please point me a tutorial on how to set these up?

At the bottom of the home page – after the visual composer – I see a Latest Articles block.
1. How can I change the block type? (For example, this block has Title + Image + Excerpt. I am looking to change to a block with no excerpt)
2- May I use an “Offset posts”? (For example, the latest 6 posts are already in the page. I would prefer to start from post 7)

Hi Newspaper team,
So I’ve got issues with the thumbnails being strange sizes. All of the thumbnail settings are set to “on” in the theme panel, and I’ve tried thumbnail regeneration per the suggestion here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/
I don’t have Super Cache installed so I don’t think that’s the issue, but I’m not sure where else I can look to fix the problem.

We did get eventually it working earlier this morning after fiddling with different page settings, but didn’t like the effect overall so we have changed it to Block 10 instead!
What I also didn’t realise is that Block 13 doesn’t work on narrower (1/3) columns or sidebars on desktops and tablets. It is confusing, because it does display correctly on mobiles.
