So, if you will have to change the blocks from Footer section, you should change the Footer template to Footer template style 5 which allows you to add what Block you like. First of all, please check your system status and check if your Speed Booster is active, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/sGQtzFvO It is possible to be disabled if you are using some untested plugins with the theme. In this case, the Speed booster will be automatically disabled.

The Speed Booster is an optional plugin, and it works only with the tested plugins.If you use other plugins, it will be automatically disabled, and I suggest to check this first in System Status. However there is a workaround to make it also work with other plugins, you can read more here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/speed-booster-not-compatible-with-vaultpress/

After you have ensured that this plugin works, you will have to check if this will move the style.css on the footer (check the source page and see how it works -enable it and check the results and then disable it and check the results). By default, this plugin will have to move to the footer the style.css and other render blocking. So, if it will work, it means that should have to work and for your instructions. Also, ensure that you have used the right ID’s in your want to see the good results.

Notice that we cannot provide optimization services and also, we can point you in the right direction through some suggestions. You should do it yourself all of these tasks. Please notice that the Instagram Block feature works as expected and I suspect this problem is from your side. Please make sure that you have more than one image available on your Instagram account. If the Instagram work as properly with other ID’s and with yours don’t, means that your account has a problem, right?

Unfortunately, this type of Block has not been implemented in Newsmag, sorry! If you want to have it on Newsmag you should add it in the theme code and adjust it to bring best results. Notice that is not a simple task nad if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!
