Try to check the theme panel settings, from here -> http://screencast.com/t/0xoF87EmEvS So, if you do not have the latest version of theme, you should update it via FTP because this is the surest and safe method in this regard. Before each update, you should make a full backup to your data to be safe and then, you simply install the new theme on your site, via FTP, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-install-via-ftp/

Unfortunately the font awesome icons will not appear into the mega menu, as it was not tested in this regard. However you could try this custom css and see if the icon appear, but please note that it may not look good:

This is talking about Ajax Filter feature and this option is available for our both theme. This will filter only the posts which are loaded in those categories and not any ads, sorry! For more information about this filter, you should consult here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/

Please keep in mind that if you want to achieve this “sidebar” you should make some changes in theme core files. So, first of all, you should make this change in td_deploy_mode.php, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/k1rbcTB8 and then, in functions.php file, you will see the structure of this sidebar, created in HTML code, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/PPCOvujk Please keep in mind that you do not have any option from theme panel which gives you some option to choose as you want to display it. You should create your own code with your desired blocks and elements. If you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

Please try to disable all of them and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Please notice that we cannot provide support for untested plugins, sorry!

Also please try to disable your plugins except Visual Composer and check how it goes. Most probably you have installed a plugin recently which cause these issues. Try to use less plugins.

To improve your server response time you can try to reduce the number of queries (fewer plugins, fewer blocks on page, reduce the elements which use ajax requests/pagination like mega menus/load more/infinite load). To improve the loading speed look the MySQL query cache: http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/query-cache.html we also use it on our demo.
