1. The search bar is somehow tied by header menu because of js: http://screencast.com/t/EpkujBGj3 To move that box in another container is required a new approach for it, new selectors, new js. This is a quite complex task which involve many customizations in order to be achieved. We can’t offer customization services at the moment so if you really need this and you’re not aware of the steps you need to take in this regard please consider hiring a developer or a freelancer to do this for you.

2. nfortunately the theme don’t have an option to make the menu stinky only for desktop. However you can use this this css in theme panel > custom code > custom css to achieve a similar rezult:

Each block is made from one or more modules, you can check where each module is used in theme panel > block settings: http://screencast.com/t/QzDf5x4NaF
Your css is almost correct, you just need to change the a number, instead of module 19 use module 9:

I Emailed the login information, hopefully you can get to the bottom of the problem. Although a refund is very tempting at this point, it is not longer practical. We’ve invested 2 months of planning the concept and overall look of our client’s website around your theme, purchased licenses for Virtual Composer and Rev Slider as well spending more than a hundred of hours compiling the site storyboards, optics and layout, it’s main pages and more than 200 posts. We neither have the time or budget to start over again. We have got to get this theme to work!

Another issue – the time and date of the top menu disappears when the the post image problems are present, including the home page (although the images are displaying there). Don’t know if the problems are related to each other or not – just a heads up bit of info.

One more question and this relates to the global/default post settings; At the bottom there is a block which contains 2 tabs – Related Articles and More from this Author. What I want to know is, where are the settings for this block? We’re having problems with it on the inbishkek.com site – the testsite works perfectly. I also want to rename the tabs and link them elsewhere.

Unfortunately we don’t have a detailed documentation for theme fonts section but this is on our todo list and we will try to complete id in shortest time possible.
Basically each section refers to a specific element or at a group of elements. It could be a bit hard at the beginning to identify the role of each option bu you ca try with a simple page, add one or two block on it then make a few changes in theme panel to see how the page change.

Newsmag theme don’t have big grid 9 in its features, only Newspaper theme does. Below is the css which produce the zoom effect, you can test it for module 1. However you will need some customizations, also some css codeing skills are required, to make it work on all blocks and modules. Any suggestions on why Tag div booster uanble to remove render blocking and other related issue when I have already applied it for all the plugins? Anywork around? At least for Google APIS and jquery.js which ware not fired by plugin but by theme and speedbooster must take care of theset two.

Yesterday I cam to know about this amazing plugin which can set “Leverage browser caching” for external .js files too which are not yet effective by “expiry rules” that we set under .htaccess. the plugin is Complete Analytics Optimization Suite (CAOS)

Have any of you used it? Anything to say on this or if you have any alternative for this ( with or wothout plugin ) ?

Hi!
In my case I tend to put anything directed at server before WordPress stuff, like the mod_pagespeed stuff if required, or any funky stuff like force 301 redirect for non-https to https, or custom rewrites to fix old icky permalinks (like we had horrible stuff like /2005/16/03/enc235-name-of-story_123345.php !!!).

Then WordPress block

then the add handler types, as applicable, time to live, and in my case I don’t use XMLRPC and redirect that.

So:

[ custom stuff ]
[ wordpress stuff ]
[ add handler for new types like webp, or woff2 ]
[ time to live, expiration stuff ]
[ redirect xmlrpc ]

And I suppose if your server “requires” you to put in the deflate stuff, I personally would put that with the add handler stuff area.

Put another way, I put stuff that does rewrites before WordPress stuff, and everything else after. 🙂

So I deleted the TagDiv Social Media Counter and re-installed with the updated version and now this happens:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method td_block_social_counter::get_block_css() in /home/connorha/public_html/mylifepossible.com/wp-content/plugins/td-social-counter/shortcode/td_block_social_counter.php on line 52

Any thoughts here? I’m not sure what I am doing wrong, I just want the tracker back and working. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

For example Sport Updates category will display post from all subcategories, Podcasts, Red and Blue.

It’s not showing “Red and Blue” anywhere. Podcast is supposed to show it’s subcategories. Instead Podcast shows “Podcast” instead of “Red and Blue” (it’s child categories).
