Hi,
OK. I understand now your issue but unfortunately there is just a slight problem. Your post without a featured image is dynamically placed. It will not maintain the same position in the block. You can remove indentation from all titles or a particular title but not dynamically. Css is not dynamic. If I remove indentation for the second title for example, but if the second title has a featured image besides it it will appear broken. There is no way to style just a particular element in the block unless the block has fixed content. not dynamic.
I hope this explains the situation. If you really need this customization you will need to hire a freelancer to help you out on this one.
Thank you!

Hello zlato,

Please make sure that you have selected the correct block_id before place it in your code. Above, I gave you an example to how to achieve this. These block ID are different and because of this do not work. If you fail to solve this, please provide your URL site so I can inspect it closer and solve this.

Thank you!

Hi,
Every element has it’s own margin or padding and every one needs to be targeted. I see you need to remove the space on the tab element.
Please replace the code with this one:
.td_block_wrap {
padding-bottom: 1px!important;
}
.wpb_tabs{
margin-bottom:5px!important
}

Thank you!

All referring to the same php file and same line.
Could you please help me by explaining what’s happening.
Also, what is the email support of TagDiv, if ever I have to submit a ticket with my wp-admin.

Alin, I assumed Emil’s example was a suggestion that he wanted me to add my own code on it, I don’t know code. I was hoping for an example piece of code that was proven to work. I don’t know what he wants me to fill in for “my custom code” don’t know what he want me to do with the code in the screencast, there was no instructions, but a screen snap of code… do i use that code? do i paste that code somewhere as is? Do i need to modify it?

All i want to do is stop that code from showing up on the widget blocks, surely someone must have an easy fix? an if statement maybe?

Please?

Hello,
The screenshots work now.
1) the grid does not come from our theme and we cannot say for sure how responsiveness is supposed to work with it. We can assure responsiveness for our modules and blocks. We cannot assure it for custom made widgets.
2) The same applies for css styling. The methods the titles are placed is different. Our blocks use a h4 title and the custom widget you use is a ‘span’ element. You will have to use a custom class on the span element so you can target it with css and apply a background color an a bottom border.
Thank you!

Hi omar ahmed,

If you want to show only title from block, it is neccesary to hide the meta info. Please try the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom Css area.

.td-module-meta-info {
display:none;
}

If you want to hide this for a specific block, it is neccesary to find what kind of module uses that block and put it in your code, like this:

-example for block 1-use module_4

.td_module_4 .td-module-meta-info {
display:none;
}

Here, http://screencast.com/t/8VHoTm5bW you can see the list with modules and block

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Thank you!

Hello,
Unfortunately this plugin is not tested with our theme. Basically all plugins were meant to work with wordpress and the default implementation. Every custom made element is not tested to work with the plugin. Our modules and blocks are custom made and we cannot guarantee the titles get picked up by the plugin as different functions are used in the homepage than on post or category titles.
If this is not what you mean, please provide more details and an example so we can figure it out, although it will probably require custom modifications to work 100%.
Thank you!

Hi,

Please try to regenerate thumbnails to fix this issue – http://screencast.com/t/hKa29E3AB8https://forum.tagdiv.com/existing-content/ Also note that the featured image should have at least the sizes of thumb’s container, because WordPress doesn’t enlarges images. If you use smaller images you will have to use a plugin like Thumbnail Upcale in combination with Force Regenerate you can find more details regarding this here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-vs-featured-image-size/https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/
Also please provide more details about the author picture. Do you refer to this? – http://screencast.com/t/M8DLf3AFBOa
We recommend Wp User Avatar plugin to add a custom picture for author, we use it also on our demo.

Thanks!

Hi,

You can move the Latest Articles section as it is not apart of the page content, but you can set the default page template(so you will remove the bottom latest articles) and use another block between Big Grid and block 1 and set it to display latest articles – http://screencast.com/t/BTQygKL7http://screencast.com/t/jgb5w9TUmH

So, I tried adding this custom code:

td-footer-wrapper .block-title {
display: none;
}

The result was that EDITOR PICKS / POPULAR POSTS / POPULAR CATEGORY tiles were eliminated, but the content for Popular Posts and Popular Category is still there. I’d like all of it – the titles and the content – eliminated, so that I can build fresh.

Possible? Thanks for your help.

Hi,

Please try to regenerate thumbnails and see if you still have this issue – https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-the-theme-with-existing-content/ Please note that the featured image should have at least the sizes of thumb’s container, because WordPress doesn’t enlarges images.

1. You can add background color to the row or column – http://screencast.com/t/rHdQhbEewU please check this topic as reference – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/background-in-header/
2. Also the non-parent category(without subcategories) can be made megamenu please check documentation – https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/
3. Yes it is possible, just use the default page template and set infinte load for last block from your content – http://screencast.com/t/3UaBmanKm8l
4. You can disable author box from Theme Panel > Post Settings – http://screencast.com/t/y1IKgjON

Hello tawigroup,

Sorry for delay!!! We have a large volume of work in thie period of time, sorry! To achieve what you want, it is necessary to alter your core file td_block_trending_now.php, like this: http://screencast.com/t/UTCpVoZa9 . Also it is necessary to do a custom class for your button which you have to add after your news sticker and place the img tag with your image source, like the screen above.

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Thank you!

Hi jytgraphics,

Our theme has not been designed to show the top menu bar on smaller devices. To achieve this, please try the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom Css area, like this:

@media (max-width: 767px) {
.td-top-menu-full {
display: block!important;
}
}

The result you should see here: http://screencast.com/t/kyOP2B31AIdV

Hello,
Unfortunately there is little you can do with iframes. If the iframe is not responsive, you cannot change this behavior. You can make the sidebar fall under the content like on mobile phones by using this css:

@media (max-width: 1018px){
.td-pb-row [class*="td-pb-span"] {
padding-right: 0;
padding-left: 0;
}}
@media (max-width: 1018px){
.td-pb-row .td-pb-span1, .td-pb-row .td-pb-span2, .td-pb-row .td-pb-span3, .td-pb-row .td-pb-span4, .td-pb-row .td-pb-span5, .td-pb-row .td-pb-span6, .td-pb-row .td-pb-span7, .td-pb-row .td-pb-span8, .td-pb-row .td-pb-span9, .td-pb-row .td-pb-span10, .td-pb-row .td-pb-span11, .td-pb-row .td-pb-span12 {
float: none;
width: 100%;
}}
@media (max-width: 1018px){
.td-pb-row [class*="td-pb-span"] {
display: block;
min-height: 1px;
}}

But unfortunately your iframe will not take up the rest of the space in order to fit inside the page properly.
In order to align it to center you will need to align the container to the center. In your case it is a

element. You can add an extra class to it from the text editor like so:

iframe

Then you can use the custom class with css like so:
.customclass{
text-align:center
}
I hope this helps

Hi,

Module 2 is used to render posts on block 4 and the thumb can be disabled from here – http://screencast.com/t/DIqf0nHV
Not sure what you want to do, you could hide it via custom css only for block 4 if this is what you mean – http://screencast.com/t/mTgLOXPqQb

.td_block_4 .entry-thumb {
display: none;
}

Thanks!

Hi,

Do you refer to this space? – http://screencast.com/t/Uv7Htpuh
Every tagdiv block has a bottom padding and you can decrease it using custom css in Theme Panel > Custom Css – http://screencast.com/t/jyZDmnV64R

.td_block_wrap {
padding-bottom: 1px;
}

Hello zlato,

To achieve what you want, it is necessary to increase the width of the title container of widget and target separately. Below, I gave you an example for a random widget, like this: http://screencast.com/t/vDIR5JMs9Mp .
Please try the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom Css area, like this: http://screencast.com/t/1ieMJYpb3F

.td_block_id_486417986 .block-title span {
width: 100%;
}
