If you don’t want to create a category and display posts from that specific category I’ afraid that this sort order that you want to create will not work like you want and you cannot have that result. A solution will be to add a tag to articles that you want to be displayed and filter by that tag, also the order will be latest post published.
If you enable sticky post from data source, the sticky post will appear in all blocks that are not using filter option: http://screencast.com/t/KcXgbhxvAC Also on loops it doesn’t appear.

If you have so many resources you cannot stop this error, but you can use the tagDiv Speed Booster plugin to move the css and js at the bottom of the page and try to avoid the page render blocking: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/ – https://forum.tagdiv.com/pagespeed-guide/
Also you can read Christopher tutorial – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tutorial-chriss-custom-optimizations-for-functions-php-etc/ and you could try to also test this without plugins and check to see if you noticed any differences.

– You can change the color for the articles titles from theme panel > theme colors for each module or block title: http://screencast.com/t/vwKgXFnMAG – please note that this will change the article title for all modules or block of that type on your site not only those from your footer section. To change the tiele for only those located in the footer you nneed to use cusom css code, like this: http://screencast.com/t/rDt9Vbjm – this will change the titles color fro all modules/blocks you use in the footer only.

Add the css below in the custom css section in theme panel and change the color value as you want it.

Unfortunately we didn’t do any tests with the DFP ads so i cannot provide guidance for it. Some clients included the ad code directly into the the template replacing the code on the theme default ad spots (ex header ad, post inline ad). – http://screencast.com/t/ydqCjZhNU9g3 – http://screencast.com/t/bUfRy0UDi8

For custom locations they used a text block/widget.
We have this on our list for a future update on the theme ad section but i cannot provide a date for it, we have a lot of features and issues on the list and we have to take them in order.
