Can you please take a look at the two pages.
The first one is a normal page I created with widget on a side and displayed posts with Block 8. It shows 3 posts in a row.
The second link is a category page. I have picked M5 in category display view ( theme panel ). M5 appears to be same as Block 8, but why it is showing 2 posts per row?

31px is the minimum height of the Visual Composer container so in order to set a space smaller than 30px in height you need to modify the value for container’s minimum height: http://screencast.com/t/fQ07qkPXe
You can do this differently though and simply add a margin or padding for the container you use above and to do that you can set a custom, css class for your visual composer element and add padding or margin using custom css: like this:

I have went to logon to my site today after installing yesterday and Avast Antivirus gives the following warning threats and has blocked me, what has caused this? How do I fix?

Also, althoguh i put empty space with 10px, it leave 32px space. When i did it 100px, it turn into 100px. but when i do it less than 32px, it doesnt change(it remains 32px).

I can see your icons just fine in both IE11 and Chrome in Win7/64, all iPad browsers, etc.
Note … I forgot…. I think they are using FontAwesome, which is very common; or custom version of that or custom icon font used in same manner.
e.g., class="td-icon-font td-icon-facebook"
There *is* a known issue, as outlined on the Font Awesome website, that some ad blocker programs may disable the icons for branded icons as being possible ads. This is a well known issue. If you’re using AdBlocker software, you might have to disable that to see the “branded” icons.

Looks great but i want to make some changes to it.
For example i want the MOST POPULAR block (or other blocks) after the 4 MAIN posts on the page. But every block that i add is added on top of the page (Under the big image). How can i change this?

My previous site had Google Page Insight records of : Desktop – 92/100 & Mobile – 88/100.
I have changed to your newspaper theme and suddenly, the site has become really slow and sluggish, the css takes too long to load going from page to page – you see a horrible page that isnt styled for a few seconds before it comes on with the css.
My ratings on Google Page Insights are now : Desktop – 51/100 & Mobile – 33/100
I need this to work and run fast – can you please explain what the problems are?

Hi,
The fonts works with Pagebuilder with Page Title template. Also work with Default Template to, but without page builder(Visual Composer) only plain text and shortcodes. If you add elements with page builder the fonts won’t work because this is used to create homepages and will brake the typography of the blocks/modules/elements.

Yes, but is there a way to show original images rather than cropped images?
I know we get these type of problems after changing themes. The slider images are also weird first. but after using regenerate thumbnails plugin, the slider images got fixed but the images in block and modules remains the same.
I tried changing the thumbnail size in functions.php from 180×135 (module 10) to custom size, but it never changed too.

I’m trying to get the ads to display properly on desktop, tablet and phone, but it’s not working like it seems it should.
Currently I have the following setup for the Home Page:
Two ad boxes in one row. One for custom_ad_1 and one for custom_ad_2.
custom_ad_1 has my desktop sized ad code in it and is set to be disabled on tablet portrait and phone.
custom_ad_2 has my mobile sized ad code in it and is set to be disabled on desktop and tablet landscape.
However, both ads are being shown on my desktop and my phone. When I add the code “<div class=”td-visible-phone”></div>” into the code for custom_ad_2, it does disable it on desktop, but both ads still show on my phone. Now I suppose I can use something like “<div class=”td-visible-desktop”></div>” for custom_ad_1, but this just seems like more of a band-aid solution.
Why aren’t the built-in settings not working for me?
I have removed the ad block for custom_ad_2 for now since the desktop ad resizes itself somewhat decently most of the time. But I’d like to be able to get this feature to work properly.

Is there a way to use the reviews feature of the theme but have the stars display in the loop only ( home page , blocks , widgets )- and not in the single article view. I am using a wordpress review plugin , but with it I cant display the ratings naively . if I combine it with the theme native review feature I have a repeated content in the article.

1. Not sure what you mean with double spacing, do you refer to the space between elements? it’s a margin and can be removed using custom css:

3. You can doit with css but there’s no id on blocks so it may affect all blocks on that specific page.

Individual modules are only used on Homepage – with article list template, similar articles and on category, tag … etc pages.
