Hello,
So, I understand you have set the filer on block 3 to All categories, and then you get this error.
Please try to add again the block and made the same settings and see if the error appears.
Also, please let me know what version of the theme (if you have a child theme) and plugins and version of the PHP you have on your server.
Thank you!
Hello,
We tested the PHP version 8 and we did not encounter such an error, nor have other users reported it (for example, I have the version of PHP 8.0.7)
This issue also has been discussed here https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/29087
About the error from flex block 4, do you have set reviews for posts? Also, have you checked for a plugin conflict?
Also, please provide the link to your website.
Thank you!
Hello Sebastian,
Please try to delete the block and add it again from tagDiv Composer, also, clear all cache.
Thank you!
Hello,
I’m sorry, but I don’t understand exactly what you mean by ” my images are too large for the container sizes”, Can you provide more details? if you referring to thumbs, you can find them in Theme Panel -> Block settings -> Thumbs on Modules/Blocks => https://i.imgur.com/D3k9JjI.png
Also, the Smush plugin is not tested with our theme.
Thank you!
Same here, could we please have the “Normal Numbered” pagination on Flex Block 1. Thanks!
In all big grid blocks all photos have a grey overlay. I can not find the css code to remove it. Can you please help me.
Hi, I love the Craft Ideas template (it’s the reason I bought the Newspaper theme) and I would like my site to have exactly the same layout. Is there somewhere that shows a breakdown of the specific grids/blocks/settings they used to achieve it?
Many thanks
I’m having the same problem, and I think it happened when updating to 11.
Here is my site: https://www.thecountygin.com/
The header and footer cloud templates have completely disappeared. Also notice on the homepage the coding block that’s displaying:
[td_block_4 m2_el=”20″ m2_tl=”50″ limit=”2″ block_template_id=”td_block_template_1″ m2f_title_font_weight=”700″ offset=”1″]
I have used Block 3 at the bottom of my home page. Now I want to move this block further up the page. Is there a way in which I can shift/drag this block around the page or to the top of the page so that I don’t have to create the block with all the features once again?
Thanks.

Hi,
I have several issues with the current Newspaper 10 version
1. I have tried to set up the mobile theme for my website http://www.sweetsharing.com but it won’t show. The version showing on mobile is not the Vital set up by me. It fails the Core Web vitals and the Gtmetrix score is poor 50% while the desktop version score is 98%. (for pages)
2. Tagdiv composer Overloads my site with CSS and JavaScript making a negative impact on the performance.
3. The site breaks when I update the PHP version. I have to work with the older 7.3 version.
Pls reply urgently!
Hello Mark!
If that element is a flex block, then you have some filter settings: https://www.screencast.com/t/jB7NtefkCx6
Category filter: Related and Sort order: Random.
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello!
It seems that the problem is because of some conflicts with Cloudways and blocks the WP Editor to load. Please check the settings and also our requirements: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Thank you!
Hi
I have assigned the template from the cloud templates to one of my posts.
Under edit>page I have added in images within a guttenberg block. These images aren’t displayed like the template.
Headings are paragraphs also aren’t displayed like the template. The only thing that is displayed the same is the feature image.

Hello!
About the screenshot: Block reason: Access from your Country was disabled by the administrator. Please reinstall the Standard pack plugin and try again.
Other solution for sending a screenshot is this:
Download, capture, send: https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html
After making the screenshot, you will have a link, paste it here.
Thank you!
Hello!
Unfortunately the text cannot be pulled from the inside of the block. You can however switch to a Flex block which has more variants.
Thank you!
Hello!
It looks like the blockquote is getting overwritten, please use this css code: .post blockquote p, .page blockquote p {
color:#e7343f!important;
}
The codes must be inserted in here: https://www.screencast.com/t/G4qVwC6G
Thank you !
Hi Kaino,
I think that you set some specific width or margins on “ARTICLE META INFO” please check those fields https://i.imgur.com/6W0ELze.png also if you add a new flex block 1 this should look correctly.
Thank you!
Hi,
A part from the api request are for socials, like YouTube data that can be use for social counter, or for playlist, the rest of them are from blocks (when you use feature videos for YouTube), modules and header.
Normally, the access for them is Forbidden only if there is something modSecurity, Wordface, firewall .. that is blocking the requests.
Thank you!
Hi,
I’m using the new TagDiv Shop plugin and a Woo Shop Template, but for the Woo Product Block, the Product categories filter is not showing any product categories from my WooCommerce instance, so that makes it not customizable at all.
Please advice.
Cheers,
Sebastian

There has been a critical error on this website.
I am using Big Grid Flex 1 on my home page and the title for the featured post appears at the bottom left of the block. Since visitors to the site may miss the title of the post how can I move the title and position to the top of this block? Is there any CSS code that I can apply to move the title from bottom to the top?
Thanks Vlad. We are not using the cloud library template though for single posts. We are using the style 3 template in theme panel > post settings > default post template.
The blockquote color is also set to #e7343f in theme panel > theme colors > content > posts.
We also tried to add custom css in theme panel > custom code to enforce text color of all blockquotes but were unable to get the result.
