Indeed, there is a chance to work. By doing so you are breaking the Envato Market policy and agreement which may result in your Envato account getting blocked, meaning that you will no longer have access to the Support / Update and not being able to use Envato Market.

Hi there,
I want to use the category tag on modules/blocks to identify Premium videos on my website. The way I want to achieve this is by using custom CSS to hide all the category tags except for the category called premium with its specific ID (which is 25).
Would this be possible?
If there is an easier way to use overlay banners or tags on thumbnails to identify Premium content for my users, then I would be happy to hear about this of course!

No other way to limit the post count any other way.
That is not standard. That comes from editing a Category Template from the Cloud Library. The designers removed the post loop and added a block instead. Those subcategories comes from blocks added instead of posts loop.
