Just uploaded the most recent update (by FTP) and now getting a string of wp_booster errors:

wp booster error:

/home/ctrlpp5/public_html/wp-content/themes/Newsmag/includes/wp_booster/td_api.php

(all the blocks… ending with 16 below)

wp booster error:

/home/ctrlpp5/public_html/wp-content/themes/Newsmag/includes/wp_booster/td_api.php

From searching prior comments, this looks like it might b a category template that got overwritten (yet I’m using a child theme)… but I can’t access my theme panel at all. Well its kind of there but missing menu and content.

Instead I have this in the menu panel:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/ctrlpp5/public_html/wp-content/themes/Newsmag/includes/wp_booster/wp-admin/panel/panel_core/td_panel_core.php on line 62

and this in the content panel:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/ctrlpp5/public_html/wp-content/themes/Newsmag/includes/wp_booster/wp-admin/panel/panel_core/td_panel_core.php on line 119

I have cleared the caches multiple times and deactivated all the plug-ins and cleared again, but its having no effect.

These errors, of course, are writing to the site pages too, as well as page specific errors.

Hello Edward,

Glad too see you are doing well.
1) The code you are referring to in the sidebar is actually a social counter shortcode that does not get rendered because you do not have the plugin active. Either remove the social counter from the sidebar if you do not want to use it, or simply activate it from the plugins section.
2) This could be a plugin issue so please try to identify the plugin that causes it. please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Then check the sidebar again.

Let me know how it goes.
Thanks.

Hi

I am not sure why this happens as I’ve duplicated the situation on my side and didn’t got any issue. Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches and test again. Also Note that that you need to have at least two posts in the category the you select in slider block settings. If you have only one post in the selected category the slide block won’t appear on page.

Thanks!

Hi

The last theme update is tested and works fine on Chrome. Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches, purge cdn file if you’re using then test again. Also make sure that you’re using lat version of Visual Composer plugin included in theme’s path, V 4.11.2.

Thanks!

Hi

I’ve checked your site ans theme’s font files are blocked by a rule from your .htaccess file: http://screencast.com/t/4MSjjamuqBtR Check each part of your code and especially the last part, clear the cache memory then test again.

Thanks!

Hi

I am not sure why this happens as it’s not an error relate with the theme, it’s related with your wp-install. Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches then test again. Also check if your permisions on uploads folder are set correct. For more details please check these links: http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-image-upload-issue-in-wordpress/https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions

All of a sudden visual composer doesn’t work anymore. Only as backend editor. In the classic mode (do I say that correct? Don’t I switch the two around) I see a block with Visual Composer, but the actual page content itself no more. I have deactivated all plugins and cleared the browser cache. Then checked again. Doesn’t help me.

The site is http://ollekebolleke.info. If you need login credentials, let me know.

Thank you! Chris S wrote.
It worked clearing the cache, but the problem was with the revslider plugin. And now I am in doubt which of the folders I get the plugin to install. revslider.zip or revolution_slider_5. This second folder is causing the problem, as requested license key. Already revslider.zip folder does not have the version 5

Hi

The code must be added in theme panel > custom code > custom css: http://screencast.com/t/HZPGkhBRXFUn Make sure you clear the cache memory after the code it’s added then test again.

Thanks!

Hi

After WordPress’s last update V 4.9 of Visual Composer, which was included in theme’s path, had some issues and there wasn’t possible to edit the page anymore. Also there was a jQuery conflict but we update the theme and not these issues are fixed. In the update we included V 4.11.2 of Visual Composer which works fine with WordPress V 4.5.
Make sure you update the theme at current version available on themeforest, V 2.3.6, update the Visual Composer at V 4.11.2 following our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
Also deactivate all plugins, leave just Visual Composer active, clear all caches then test again.
Let me know how it goes and if you still can’t manage to solve this issue provide your site url so I can inspect it closer.

Thanks!

Hi
