Hi there,
I have tried everything what you have suggested above, but my FB social counter stuck at 10. I have also sent an email in this regard. Please advise what I have done wrong to address this issue urgently.
Tried several times:

Hello there! Thanks for answering…
Did the tests you requested me, disable all plugins except RevSlider and VisualComposer and clear the cache. I use not cdn for now.
Now I can see the background image but the style is still wrong, even I tried two different web browsers (IE and Firefox) and the result is the same.

I suspect that the slider is getting the style that comes by default in newspaper, and not the custom that I am putting on the panel RevSlider.
I really want to implement the slider on my site, it’s part of my design.
I think it might NOT be a theme issue. Might be a plugin conflict with Ajax, or something else.
Theme update does NOT appear to have anything to do with this issue.
Often clearing your cache in your web browser — and also if you’re using any caching plugin or CDN plugins for your site — are necessary after WP updates. With Chrome, in particular, you often have to clear the history to get cache to actually clear vs doing f5 refresh.
Hello,
We recommend using the WP Super Cache plugin. You can clear cache from it in the settings page.
For the CDN, it may be different for your hosting provider but you can follow this method and apply it to your case if you use CDN: https://docs.nexcess.net/article/how-to-purge-the-cdn-cache.html
The gif issues is a strange one. Please try your gifs on a WP default theme and see if they work so we can rule out theme related issues. We do not have reports of our theme not working with gifs. If the problem is still there on a wp default theme, then you can maybe find some topics online about similar problems.
Thank you!
Hello dicasocial,
Please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and try it again. If you are using the Photon feature of Jetpack, please disable it because this feature is known to cause errors with our theme.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thank you for the message!
Hello,
I’m not sure how you skipped files. Please follow this guide to make sure you updated the theme corectly and also try to install visual composer again: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
If the plugin still does not work after you follow all the steps in the guides, please try to disable all your plugins except visual composer and clear cache to rule out a plugin conflict.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.
Hello MissMyra,
I’ve checked your website and I saw your problem with your sidebar. First of all try to use a default sidebar and see how it works. Also, please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme. First of all try to use a default sidebar and see how it works.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thank you for the message!
Hi Bogdan,
I’ve already tried disabling Photon and its fixed Block2 but made no difference to the staic banner.
As you suggested i’ll leave it turned off until there’s an update.
Can you advise on how to clear Cache and CDN, or do you have a link that details how to do this.
Thanks for the quick response!
Regards,
Dave
Hello PubliEste,
You need to have a plugin to reset/clear your caches. Please try to activate the WP Super Cache because this is tested on our theme. http://screencast.com/t/D0Ib2Apv – http://screencast.com/t/pSU9tDEgq2
Hope this helps!
Thank you!
please clear cache in browser
site work fine
Please help me to reset/clear cache to enable the TagDiv Social Counter… thanks
I’ve created a static home page with a custom ad placed below a big grid 3 (Newspaper 6.6.1) via an ad box.
Google AdSense code is specifically for a leaderboard ad (728×90) but in my page on desktop I’m receiving an MREC (300×250). Column layout in visual composer is full width (1/1), so I’d expect it to be a full width banner ad, horizontally centered.
I know Newspaper scales ads to fit the space, but even if it’s a different size ad, I’d expect it to still be a banner form factor rather than a square.
I tried deleting my cache (WP Super Cache) and clearing browser cache. No effect.
Suggestions?
Hello,
Are you by any chance using the photon feature? or maybe the update activated it. This feature of jetpack is known to cause errors with our theme so please disable it.
If the photon feature is disabled and the problem is still there, you can try to disable all other plugins except visual composer and jetpack and clear your cache (and cdn if you use it) to rule out a plugin conflict.
Thanks.
Hello,
You need to add the embed iframe in text mode. not visual: http://screencast.com/t/y73yqRwd
try this code in the text mode :
<iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/3Fhx2YgbskE" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
result: http://screencast.com/t/rB61fT78
If it disappears then it could be a number of things. YOu can first check your system status options and see if they are in the correct parameters: http://screencast.com/t/9GCxLdlosO0 if they are not, then you can follow this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Another thing you can try is dissable all your plugins except visual composer and clear your cache and cdn if you use it in order to rule out a plugin conflict.
Let us know if the problem is still there afterwards.
Thank you!

Hello Ecrea,
I’ve checked your website and I saw that you have some js errors in your console, like this: http://screencast.com/t/JoMEzgBh …
First of all, please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme. I saw that you have a big list of plugins and some of those are not tested with our theme and might produce conflicts.
Here, http://screencast.com/t/nOIuuSWpvE you can see our list of plugins tested. You should also check your system status parameters: http://screencast.com/t/bpnfaltKJ and try to get them all green by following this tutorial: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ After you have followed these steps, if your problem is still there, please let us know.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hello,
Please try to disable all your plugins except visual composer, clear your cache and purge cdn files if you use it in order to rule out a plugin conflict. Also if you have any custom css modifications, make sure they do not affect the search widget and check to see if all tags are closed correctly. This problem can easily be fixed with css as it has an absolute positioning. you can add this code to re-position it if you want:
.header-search-wrap .td-drop-down-search{
left: 680px;
}
But finding the root of the problem is more important than coming up with a workaround.
Thank you!
Hello dmalhotra,
I’ve tested on my side with the ultimate version of WordPress and the category pagination seems to work perfectly. Please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme. After these changes, if your problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide your log-in information so we can take a look at your page setup. Please also provide a link to this topic so we know who you are.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hello,
This looks like a plugin conflict. Did you by any chance activate the photon feature of jetpack? This feature is known to cause issues with our theme and we advice to disable it. If it’s not the photon option, please try to disable all your plugins except visual composer, clear your cache and purge cdn files if you use it. Then check your images again.
Let us know how it goes.

Hello,
I can see the problem now. It seems it looses it’s styling for some reason. Please try to disable all your plugins except visual composer and rev slider, clear your cache and purge cdn files if you use it. It could be a plugin conflict.
Let us know if the problem is still there afterwards.
Thank you!
Hi,
We also tested this and did not found any issues, so please disable all your plugins except Visual Composer, clear cache, re-save permalinks and see if you still have this issue.
If the issue persist please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin access so we can take a closer look.
Thanks!
I noticed that someone else posted about the same issue.
Just so that you know, I am not using any cache plugin on my site. And everything else seems to be working OK.
Hello,
We asked around concerning the system status social cache info and found that it was not useful for our users so we decided to remove the option.
Thank you!
Before posting it here.
I had cleared all the cache and junk from the server end and disabled all the plugins and tried it didn’t work.
but when I tried changing my theme to Twenty Thirteen it was working.
