Hello,

I have checked your site and it seems you have more problems than just fonts: http://screencast.com/t/dwEvbdWIQvq
I checked your console as well and it has a number of errors that need fixing: http://screencast.com/t/2KEuqNrRw
Try to disable all plugins except visual composer and clear your cache. Maybe check minifications if you use them.

Thank you!

Hi

Please make sure you added the css exactly as it is, also remove any other css code (if you have one), make sure you clear all caches, browser cache too and test again. If you made any customization please make sure that the code it’s added properly, for example check if there are any characters which may affect it: http://screencast.com/t/hgDgvFpZsI

Let me know how it goes and if the problem persist please provide a screen from theme panel > custom css area so I can provide a more accurate solution.

Thanks!

Hi,

I have checked this and did not found any issues. Please disable all your plugins except of Visual Composer, clear cache to make sure that it is not a plugin conflict, then check again. Also you can check this with a default wp theme and see if it works.

Thanks!

Hi,

Thanks Steven!

@deelauaki
We recommend now Wp Super Cache(use default settings) as we made some tests and it behaved better than W3TC. Please try to clear all caches, deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer and Wp Super Cache and check again. Also you could try a different cache plugin like ZenCache like Steven suggested.

Thanks!

Do you have this issue only in backend? Please provide more details about this and also your site url so I can take a look. Also disable all your plugins except of Visual Composer, clear cache and purge your files if you use CDN.

Thanks!

Hi the cache plugin that you recommend breaks my site giving me the white screen of death forcing me to go into my files through hosting to remove it. Why is this if it the recommended plugin? I used to use w3 total cache and it was great but does not work since I updated the theme. what do you recommend I use?

Hi

The theme doesn’t control the login system as it uses the one from WordPress. Try this with a default WordPress theme, also clear all caches deactivate the plugins and see if the problem is still there.

Let us know how it goes!

Thanks!

Hi

Make sure you added the correct categories ids: http://screencast.com/t/BnnvgubAk3H and also check if you get the ids like here: http://screencast.com/t/8VSDGQi4GEW Also try to clear all caches and test again.
If you still have this issue please provide your site url so I can have a closer look at this issue.

Thanks!

Hi Andrei,

We tried deactivating all of the plugins as you instructed, cleared the cache, and refreshed with no results.

We repeated the steps on Several attempts on several different computers.

We did notice the same errors in your screen cap. We were hoping there was some insight you could give us as we are nearly our of ideas on this end.

Any additional suggestions are appreciated!

Thank you Andrei!

paste this CSS in your Custom CSS in the theme panel. body.postid-<strong>190</strong> .td-page-content table, .td-page-content td, .td-page-content tr {border: none!important; margin: auto;} . Replace the number in bold with the search page ID. Clear your cache and try. Let me know if it works.

Hi maxim,

You said above that you need to fix only one widget, so I provided a solution how to fix only one widget on the page. For example if you add the class on the row – http://screencast.com/t/5k1Zo7RJkX that block will be sticky – http://screencast.com/t/yBfS6gqphttp://screencast.com/t/2EWAcYm5O
The theme doesn’t have an option to fix only a specific widget from the sidebar like the Q2W3 Fixed Widget plugin and we did not test it with the theme so it may be a conflict. You can try to disable all your plugins except of Visual Composer and Q2W3 Fixed Widget, clear cache and see if it works. It may be a conflict with another plugin.

Thanks!

If you are using any Caching plugin try to delete the cache and try.

Hello vikrant,

I have checked your site and you seem to have some errors in your console: http://screencast.com/t/lGi3DN4PTm
Please check this also without any plugins active except of Visual Composer, clear cache and purge you files if you use CDN. Then disable any js/css minification (it may cause some issues).

Thank you.

Hello vac,

You can try to clear your cache as Chris said and disable all plugins except visual composer and see if the problem is still there. If it is, please provide more details so we can closer inspect the issue.

Thank you!

Hi,

I also checked this on my side and did not found any issue with the block sort order. Please disable all your plugins except of Visual Composer, clear cache and purge your files if you use CDN, then check again if you still have this issue. I suspect it is a caching issue. Let me know how it goes!

Thanks!

Hi sesantanajr,

I have checked your site and some of your images are cropped, but they don’t have width and height, for example – http://screencast.com/t/Cmfz8ZNJUNJ it should look like this – http://screencast.com/t/uPWhut4R
Each featured image is cropped to a specific size, here you can see the thumbs used on modules – http://screencast.com/t/9xmQZoZFrGR and the code is located in td_config.php file – http://screencast.com/t/c7LeWSH7p3VK
You have to use Thumbnail Upscale and Force Regenerate Thumbnails only if you use smaller images than the thumb size on modules/block. If the images are not cropped you will have just to regenerate thumbnails – https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-the-theme-with-existing-content/
Did you modified the code? Please remove your custom modifications or try to so a clean install then check again without any plugins active, leave just Visual Composer active, clear cache and see if you still have this issue after you regenerate the thumbs.

Yesterday when I have checked your site the thumbs were cropped to the specific size. The theme doesn’t use the full size image on modules, I have just provide more details in the documentation how the theme creates the thumbnails and how to change the cropping mode if you want this.

Thanks!

Hi

I have checked your site and found some errors in browser’s console: http://screencast.com/t/pXxdNhs3m They can be caused by some plugins which conflicts with theme’s js so you can try by deactivating all except Visual Composer, clear all caches, browser cache also and test again.
Let us know how it goes.

Thanks!
