Hi,
You can check the browser’s console for js errors and check this without any plugins active except of Visual Composer, clear cache and see if you still have this issue.
We don’t use the teamviewer and we cannot install it because we have restriction on workstation, sorry!
Thanks!
Hello taufikna,
Plugins can sometimes interfere with the theme. We cannot test our product with every single plugin out there, but we can recommend trying another cache plugin, something like https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-super-cache/ and see how it goes. This one is recommended in the theme’s doccumentation and should work fine.
Thank you

I think I am going to take off Cloudflare for my website since it still has not a massive amount of visitors still. So it won’t hurt it too much without Cloudflare. Just use the cache plugin until I start getting a lot more visitors and sluggish website then go back to Cloudflare or if I have good income then move to better CDN.
Hi
The current theme’s version it’s tested with Visual Composer plugin and works fine. Also I’ve checked your site and noticed that you’re using a very old version of the theme, so my recommendation it’s to update it at the current version which is V 2.2 available on themeforest. Before start the update please do a full backup to your database: https://codex.wordpress.org/Backing_Up_Your_Database Also make sure you clear all caches purge cdn files if you’re using and update the plugins from the package.
Notice that if you made any customization in theme’s files will be lost, also it’s possible that some widgets must be recreated.
If you still need assistance on this please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-access, and we will get back with an answer as soon as possible.
Thanks!
Hi tomawebdev,
Thanks for reaching out again.
I am using WPSuperCache with all recommended settings. I have got nginx so compression rules have been set as well in the .conf file. I have also configured browser caching options. I am also using google news sitemap.
What i have observed is that if i delete the cache and then update the story by adding a new image, Google picks up the new image immediately. It seems that when the story is first published, it is not considering the actual image of the story, but when the story is updated, it pulls the correct image. Strange!
Regards,
Added the code in Module 10 – in Module 11 it was already there.
No result. No excerpt. Yes, I clean up the cache.
Easy Social Share Button is a very popular plugin – you should test it. It is displaying the buttons, but no shares are visible with your theme.
Hi,
If you enable comments from panel – http://screencast.com/t/gqJ1m5v2b9 and allows them on individual posts the comments box should appear. Please check these settings again and let me know.
Also you can check this without any plugins active except of Visual Composer and clear cache.
Thanks!
OK – I commented each of these as you suggested (although there was only one case of “add_filter(‘save_post’, array… in td_review.php).
I also disabled all plugins including cache and it did not solve the issue. I did however switch to other themes and it would not work there so it could be a host problem.
Cron did not seem to be creating any arguments (all values say “none”) so not sure if there is some other issue.
Hi, I tried this, disabled all plugins, including cache control plugins, cleared cache, but glitch is still present.
Can you see this same issue, maybe it is just me with Chrome on Mac?
Thanks!
The Google bot find the smallest image file to index, your problem is related with speed, i test your article, have a very low score in Google speed test
You need to install a cache system, Goolge News sitemap, i have many website indexed in Google News, and its important to speed up your website.
Another update. It seems that the removal of the code was messing up the entire thing. So this is what I did:
1. Reinserted the code that i had deleted.
2. Went to theme panel and disabled ‘related articles’
3. cleared the cache
4. posted a story
5. Google indexed the image correctly.
As rightly pointed out by Tomawebdev, the related article seems to be the culprit!
Having said that a careful analysis by tagdiv team is what I am looking forward to.
Thanks
Nevermind…I forget to delete the Widget Cache. Now it works. But it would be great, of you can split these things up.
On the front page and the categories/tags I need the posts in <h2>. Now I have to let them in <h3>, because I don’t want <h2> in the sidebar. Thats stupid.
Thanks!
Are you sure? Because I changed the get_title() function, but it worked only on my front page posts. The sidebar posts do still have <h2>. I deleted all WP Caches and the Browser Cache.

Hi,
Please disable your plugins except of Visual Composer, clear cache and see if you still have this issue with the megamenu, to be sure that this issue is not caused by a plugin.
Also please provide a screenshot how you set the megamenu. Let me know!
Thanks!
I have the same problem, i deactivate the Related articles widget, and every widget that Google news pull the wrong image with, delete the cache if you have any, go to Google Webmaster, re-Send the Google News Sitemap link, you need to have one. if everything goes well, active again the widgets.
Hi,
Please make sure that you added the vimeo id properly as I also tested this and did not found any issues(I have choose a random ID ) – http://screencast.com/t/h1af1kc1 – http://screencast.com/t/3kfWfd1oQvy – http://screencast.com/t/pQEH3qvuwrPs
I also checked your site and seems that all id that you set work properly, but I did not found vimeo on your social counter – http://screencast.com/t/WYGlkmAtKE
Please check this without any plugins active except of Visual Composer and Social Counter, clear cache and see if you still have this issue.
Thanks!
Hi,
I also suspect a plugin, but only you can find out which one causing this issue. Please disable all the plugins except of Visual Composer, clear cache and see if the issue persist. If the issue is gone, try to active your plugins one by one and see which one cause this issue.
Thanks!
Hi Andrei,
See link to staging site.
http://circus.staging.wpengine.com
Clearing the cache and cdn etc is an impossibility in staging.
I have deactivated all plugins except for.
Envato Toolkit
TagDiv Social counter
WPBakery Visual Composer
You will see the issue there.
Shane
Hi
I’ve checked your site and works fine on mobile devices now: http://screencast.com/t/OYlr23xQku also the theme’s version that you’re using it’s 2.0 not 2.2: http://screencast.com/t/VlmWd9PS Regarding the update process, please make sure you clear all caches, purge the cdn files if you’re using, also deactivate all plugins, except Visual Composer and test again. Make sure you follow this update guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-theme/
Let me know how it goes and if you still need assistance on this provide more details!
Thanks!
