Went into a private browser window and everything worked. So how do I fix this so I can use a regular browser window and not go incognito? This is a test site which is fairly new. I have not added any extra plugins yet. Do we need to ADD a cache plug in? Not sure what is causing the issue.

Hello!!

When I activate WP Super Cache, the mobile template design stops working and the phone viewport structure remains. What could be the problem?

I don’t have the Mobile theme and AMP installed.

I currently have the plugin disabled so this error doesn’t occur.

Thanks for the help

Because it doesn’t work, i stopped the use of litespeed.
Please note that i have amp pages too.
So there is a cache for AMP pages and for Desktop theme. Theme mobile is ignored and the responsive desktop theme is served.

I do not have a caching plug in installed. Tried clearing cache under “Quick clear all cache” Still nothing.

@anamaria . I fixed this issue.

Cause: Caching plugin rendering not updated content which conflicts with the tdcomposer.

Fix: Either clear cache or open an incongnito mode and login in admin panel. When opened, it reflects live updates without error.

Hello,

I saw that you have the Lite Speed cache plugin, and maybe some option interferes with the theme.
Also, I noticed that you have a script on that block https://i.imgur.com/ZTth8Qx.png. Did you make some changes in the theme files or you added in Theme Panel?

Thank you!

Hello,

Please deactivate the optimized plugin and clear the cache.
Maybe this plugin interferes with other plugins that you use.

Thank you!

Hi,
Please understand that the support is not 24/7 but only from Monday to Friday during the time interval 8:00 AM – 17:00 PM (GMT+2).
Also, please understand that we try our best to help you with everything we can, even if your soup ended on 2018-12-26.
The fact that your site has a different version than the one on the desktop can only mean that you used the mobile theme plugin and/or amp (one of the two or both).
If you use amp or have used am, you must reload your site on google (obviously after the amp is disabled, you have deleted any cache, object cache, purged CDN….).
And after the site is re-indexed it should be ok. If only mobile theme is used, just disable it and delete all the cache, and object cache
Thank you for your understanding!

Hello,

The Litespeed cache has an option for caching mobile https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/cache/; please enable it, delete the cache and check the results.

Thank you!

Hello,

Please make sure you don’t have an object cache.
Also, please check the console when you try to save the changes made with tagDiv Composer maybe is possible to be from the firewall or securitymodule which blocks the admin-ajax.php request, which usually displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module that blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.

Thank you!

I use Wp rocket too. Try clearing generated css and cache. Then open the pages in incognito mode. Sometimes your it can be simple conflict with your browser too, retrieving cookies stored already.

I don’t use Cloudfare. My Cache Plugin? I’m a long term user of WP Rocket.

This seems to be issue with cache plugin. Which one have you installed? Also, are you using page rules by cloudfare?

drvarun5179

If you are using td composer, edit the header in cloud templates. From there, select the logo and switch to mobile template. You can replace the logo then.

P.S- Strictly do some work on your page speed, it takes forever to load. Start with cache and cloudfare first.

I visit and its good, great.
Next day I visit, its broken. go to admin, deqactivate a plugin, any plugin, then reactivate it. Check the site and its OK.
Purge cache

Deactivate every plugin apart from Tag Div. This still happens.

What would keep breaking the page like this?

Thanks

Hi,

Mobile theme is not suitable with litespeed cache ou xtremcache because in this case, the cache serves responsive version of newspaper desktop theme.
It’s just about device detection. I guess it’s not so difficult to change little things.
litespeed works very well with desktop version. It would be awesome if mobile theme could run with the best system cache of the moment.

Hi,
I’m glad you found the problem!
Yes, it is possible when you are logged in with an administrator, the cache plugin to no longer deliver anything cache, but when there is another type of user to deliver certain cached pages.
Similar problem – https://wordpress.org/support/topic/disable-cache-for-logged-in-user/
Thank you!

Now everything seems to be fixed, maybe cache problem

Hi,

I believe I found the problem!

I disabled the cache plugin, and the user information started to work on the homepage as well.

I was using “WP Fastest Cache”. I have now switched to “WP Super Cache”. It seems to be working fine for now.

Thanks for the feedback and help.

Best Regards.
